These days, everything seems to be moving at an accelerated pace. Our worth is often determined by our achievements. Occasionally, we may find ourselves falling short of society's expectations, or the stories we tell ourselves and that is when feelings of inadequacy start to seep in. During our meditation session today, we will explore the powerful concept of "I am enough." By focusing on five affirmations, we will remind ourselves of our inherent inner strength. This practice will enable us to establish a deeper connection and show compassion towards ourselves, thereby embracing and honouring the unique human experience that belongs solely to us.
