Welcome to the Happiness Accelerator,

Session 6.

Today we will focus on positivity.

Finding a comfortable position,

Allow your eyes to easily close.

Allow for your shoulders to soften and let your belly relax.

If you are holding on to your breath,

Let it go.

Feel the breath flowing in a natural rhythm.

Set your breath free.

Allow it to flow.

You can breathe deeply and fully if you like.

Or you can just watch your breath.

Feel your body relaxing with every moment that passes by.

And begin to think about the most recent good thing that happened to you.

Feel the positivity in this memory.

Notice how you felt when this positive thing came into your life.

It is so important to remain positive on a daily basis,

Even during hard times.

So whenever you feel a negative thought arise,

Notice it.

Say to yourself,

I let this thought go,

And replace it with a positive one.

Repeat these affirmations after me.

Allow yourself to feel the truth in these words.

I love and approve of myself.

I am a gift to the world.

I focus on my breathing and I ground myself in times of worry.

I follow my intuition at all times.

My heart is what keeps me safe and sound.

I make the right choices every single time.

I draw from my inner strength and light.

I am aligned with the energy of abundance.

I am unique in this world.

I matter and what I have to offer the world also matters.

I trust my inner wisdom and my intuition.

I breathe in calmness and I breathe out any anxiety.

Every situation works out for my highest good.

Wonderful things unfold before me.

Take a moment to breathe and feel the power of these affirmations.

If any negative thoughts arise,

As they do,

Just witness them and allow for them to pass on by.

Let's continue with some more positive affirmations.

Repeat to yourself.

I forgive myself for all the mistakes that I've made.

I accept responsibility if I have ever hurt anyone.

I replace anger and frustration with understanding and compassion.

I offer a sincere apology to those affected by my harsh ways.

Though I may not understand the good in this situation,

I know it is there.

I choose to find hopeful and optimistic ways to look at every situation.

I refuse to give up.

I know my wisdom will guide me in the right direction.

I show my family and friends as much love as I can in verbal and non-verbal ways.

I choose friends who approve of me,

Love me and support me.

I surround myself with people who treat me well.

I am beautiful,

I am smart,

And I know that everyone else sees me that way.

I do meaningful,

Wonderful work that helps the world.

I sleep deeply and soundly every single night.

Wonderful.

Feel the beauty in these words.

Breathe in deeply the positiveness that you've cultivated here today.

And whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes.
