Let's take a nice deep breath in.
Breathe out.
And just drop into this moment my lovely.
Each breath that you're bringing into your beautiful body now,
Just feel like you are breathing it in,
Making space.
Opening your belly,
Your chest and welcoming in this breath of life into your being.
And each breath when you breathe out,
Let your tummy sink down towards your spine.
Feel your ribs coming together like two hands either side of a ball.
And squeeze at the centre,
At your diaphragm,
Into your solar plexus to release.
And feel the rhythm of your breath.
Become aware that this beautiful breath of life is happening for us and for a little while we'll just pay attention to this breath.
We'll pay attention to our mind and our body engaging in this breath.
And then after a little while we'll forget that we need to participate and the body will continue to do it anyway.
We feel a deep assurance in that.
That there is a part of us that knows how to manage us,
To care for us.
Fall back into that assurance my lovely.
This beautiful being knows how to function.
All these organs within our being,
All the systems that we have in place.
Everything knows how to be.
We can simply let it run and trust that this body,
This mind has an awareness that is quite beyond.
And then we ask in the mindfulness that we are gathering as we're coming more and more into this awakening time.
That we can start to consider how it is that we are using these functions and processes of this body,
This mind,
This beautiful being.
How are we functioning?
What system are we still hooked into,
Locked into?
So while we're in this session we'll connect into that idea and then also ask the mind if it's willing to entertain that we could possibly hook into a different system.
One that is not linked to survival,
But one that is willing to embrace the energy of thriving.
And then we will breathe in a different way.
We'll move,
We'll walk and talk,
We'll eat and we'll be completely different in our energy.
And then we hope that if we can stay in that space long enough that we can re-embed a code.
That when we are breathing we are not just doing the shallow breath that we normally do just to survive.
But that we're breathing as many times as we can,
As many times as we can tune in,
In the way that fills us up abundantly.
So while you're consciously breathing and at any point in your day where you want to connect into the energy of thriving.
Start to teach you in your breath to do this,
To entertain thriving energy.
By marking the breath and coming into fullness and abundance.
Reaching as much as you can into your full potential,
Expanding,
Opening your body.
And then feeling a willingness to release and let go absolutely.
Not just half way,
Not just enough to breathe another little half bit in.
But to completely release and let go,
Eliminate all that which no longer serves us.
So that the next breath coming in becomes full and clear and we begin to expand once again into our potential.
As many times as you can remember this,
Just stop and breathe in a different way.
We begin to reprogram this amazing being.
Through the simple mechanism of just breathing.
And then when we're not conscious the mind body is going to do it for us anyway.
Lovely.
So feel the assurance of that,
The trust in that,
The trust in you.
Imagine that you could fall back into the wings of angels feeling this assurance.
Absolute trust.
