Okay,

So,

Um,

Let's take a moment and let's begin to rest upright.

If you'd like to,

You can close your eyes.

And we're going to start just by taking kind of a screenshot of your inner world.

Just noticing kind of in this moment what's happening inside your interior.

Maybe bring our attention to our breath and maybe even make the exhale of our breath a bit longer.

The longer breaths can slowly relax the nervous system as we just settle down into ourselves.

And we'll start by checking into the body and just feeling the physical sensations within your body.

And first,

You want to notice what parts of my body feel more alive to me right now.

All right,

Maybe have more sense of flow or these parts of my body are very accessible to me.

Just noticing what is easily accessible to you in your body and then also checking and seeing if there's any areas of tension.

Maybe noticing parts of our body that we don't feel as much,

That they're a bit wider or maybe even kind of foggy and hard to access and feel those parts of our body.

Then we're going to zoom in even a bit more and see if you can feel your bones within your body.

Just kind of tuning into your skeleton.

Tuning into that part of your interior,

Feeling your bones and now taking some time to tune into your organs.

You can notice the organs,

Lungs,

Heart,

Stomach,

Intestines,

Skin,

Kidneys,

Just noticing the organs of your body.

Also,

Even noticing the communication that's happening between all the different organs,

All the different information that's exchanged between your organs and the various systems of your body.

Just a massive amount of information being exchanged in your body right now.

And now just tune into the whole body as one system and as you're feeling the body,

We're going to tune into and shift into the emotions,

Kind of noticing what do you feel in this moment,

Whether it's a peace,

Joy,

Anxiousness,

Or maybe might have a sense of not being able to say exactly what the emotion is and we want to feel that too.

We can feel that we don't feel our emotions and bring awareness to that.

And we'll just notice as you're sensing your emotions and tuning in on that channel at the same time.

On the body channel,

There's different physical sensations that are happening at the same time as the emotions and then you can feel both channels,

Body sensations and the energy of emotions.

I'm just going to stay in our emotional landscape now,

Taking the time to notice the flavor of emotion or noticing that you maybe don't feel much emotion.

And now moving into the mind and noticing how the mind feels.

Does the mind feel busy,

Skittish,

Open,

Tight and closed,

Excited,

Calm,

A fuzzy or foggy or clear?

Just noticing what the landscape of my mind is like.

What is the ecosystem of my mind like?

You can notice while you're tuning into your mind that also there are shifting body sensations on the body channel and maybe even shifting emotions on the emotion channel.

And we just notice that while we're also tuned into the landscape of our mind.

Just feel the awareness of your mind,

Your body,

Your emotions and as you're aware,

Start to ask,

What is aware?

Who is aware?

See if you can feel that awareness by itself.

Not just aware of your body,

But what is aware of your body?

Not just what is aware of your emotions,

But what's awareness of your emotions.

What is aware of your emotion?

Not just awareness of the mind,

But what is aware of the mind?

Just notice the presence of your own awareness and feel the field of awareness inside you.

And then now,

You're going to keep that inner connection to your world,

But we're going to slowly open your eyes,

But don't disconnect from your inner experience.

Keep that connection,

Your inner world,

But now extend your awareness out into the room that you're in.

So just like you were feeling your inner world,

You're now also feeling the room.

And so this awareness is like a connection created where your inner world,

You're still connected to your inner world and now your outer world are also connected.

Most people,

They,

In order to connect outside,

They disconnect from inside and to go inside,

They disconnect from outside.

We're keeping,

Extending your inner awareness to fit both.

I loved how you listed many possible mind states, so that I could more easily recognize and name what is currently here on the “mental channel”. I also liked your guidance at the end for staying connected to myself as I opened my eyes and connected to the space around me.
