Hi this is davidji.
And if your heart's been heavy,
If you've been feeling stuck.
If you've been tired.
If you've been hesitating or making excuses for taking just one step forward,
I believe that today,
Just in our time together,
I can provide a little insight to help you step into your power.
And own your impact.
We'll meditate together.
But I thought maybe we explore this concept of like,
When we're stuck,
Why is it?
Sometimes.
What lies ahead just seems so daunting,
So big.
And our efforts in the moment seem so small.
That it just doesn't feel like we're even going to get to that place.
Even when I've created courses on inside timer,
20 days or 30 days or 40 days.
After the first meditation,
My There's so many more to go.
Should I even do it?
But bean by bean.
The bag gets full.
The Buddha had this teaching that if you see your heart,
As a vessel,
As a container.
And just a drop.
At a time fills it.
That's how we heal.
A drop at a time.
That's how we proceed in life.
A step.
At a time.
And we don't have to see the whole path.
We just have to see our next step.
So if you can,
Wherever you are in your life,
If you can just reel it back to,
Here I am in this sacred,
Precious,
Present moment.
Let's prove that right now.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in with me.
And let that breath go This moment,
That's all we have.
So if you find yourself stuck in the past or projecting into the future,
Too far into the future,
This is an opportunity to just get set with me right here.
Because I believe with each breath,
We are reborn.
Every breath you take.
Can be a new beginning.
I begin again.
I like using those sometimes as my daily affirmations,
My daily mantras.
So let's settle in.
Let's meditate together.
Together,
Let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And ever so gently let that breath go.
Let's do that one more time,
Long.
Slow.
Deep breath in.
Right into your heart.
And release.
Allow your upper eyelids to rest so softly and tenderly on your lower eyelids.
Just keep breathing,
Keep noticing.
Let's get real present here.
Notice the air as it comes into your nostrils.
And notice it as it moves back out of your nostrils.
As you inhale,
Notice your chest actually rises up a little bit.
And as you exhale,
Your chest eases just a little bit.
Another deep breath in,
Notice that your belly fills.
And as you exhale,
Notice that your belly empties.
We're just breathing here.
Just being held in the sacred shelter.
Of this present moment.
And as you breathe.
Just notice a flicker of space between your inhale and your exhale.
Just a.
Millisecond.
Teeny little flicker of space.
You breathe in,
There's that flicker of space.
And then you breathe out.
If we can access this space between.
On a regular basis.
It's going to nourish us.
It's going to give us fuel for our next conscious choice.
It's going to allow us to move forward with greater grace and greater ease.
Just that space between.
Just notice it.
You breathe in,
There's that space,
Just a flicker.
And you breathe out.
You breathe in,
There's that space.
And then your next Excel just unfolds.
And at the top of your next inhale,
See if you can lengthen that space.
Just a beat.
Just one beat.
You breathe in,
There's that space.
You lengthen it just one beat.
And then you flow into your exhale.
There's nowhere else to go.
There's nothing else to do except to be right here right now in this sacred precious present moment.
You breathe in,
There's that space.
You lengthen it just one beat.
And then surrender into your exhale.
We're cultivating the space between.
That space between is your still point.
That's who you truly are.
That's where all your creativity rests.
That's where all your healing rests.
Rests.
All your courage rests right there.
All your strength.
Right there.
All your unconditional loving kindness.
Rests.
Right there in that space.
You breathe in,
There's that space,
We lengthen it just to be.
And then we flow into our exhale.
Notice that your mind is calming.
Notice that your body is relaxing.
Just a bit.
Notice that the space between is.
.
.
Just a little bit.
More spacious.
Let's ask ourselves a few sacred questions.
First,
Let's ask.
Who am I?
When I'm at my best.
Who am I?
When I'm at my best.
And just allow all the ways.
You show up.
All the behaviors when you're truly at your best.
Who am I?
When I'm at my best,
Just allow that to unfold.
And next let's ask.
What am I grateful for?
Who are the people?
Who are the animals?
What are the situations and circumstances for which I'm truly grateful?
Just allow your gratitude list to unfold before you.
It takes about 20 seconds for gratitude to etch itself into your brain.
So let's allow that.
What am I grateful for?
Who am I grateful for?
And next let's ask.
What does my heart truly long for?
And feel free to rest your hand or hands on your heart.
I'm doing that.
You're not asking your head,
You're asking your heart.
So allow it to answer.
When we can quiet the fluctuations of the mind,
We can hear the whispers.
In our heart.
The whispers of the Divine.
What does my heart truly desire?
Long for.
And now based on the answers to all these questions,
Let's invite an intention into our awareness.
This is how we take the present moment and turn it into our next step.
So just to Allow some intention to crystallize in your awareness.
This isn't a thing that you want to acquire.
Make this a state of mind.
A state of being.
Some trait or quality or characteristic that you'd like to amplify or embrace.
Or awaken.
And maybe that's just for today.
If you're stuck here,
Just ask yourself.
Who's the me?
Who's going to show up.
That's where transformation begins.
Today.
In the space between.
With an intention.
Is an ancient teaching in the Brihadaranyaka Upanisads.
You are your deepest driving desire.
As is your desire,
So is your will.
As is your will,
So will you.
Is your deed.
As.
Is your deed.
So,
Is your destiny.
Desire.
Destiny.
It's so powerful.
So these intentions that we.
.
.
Cultivate right now.
Allow it to crystallize and when you're clear.
.
.
And just select one.
Just one intention you'd like to.
Embrace.
Awaken.
Or amplify.
Just some aspect of you.
And when you're clear,
Invite it into your heart.
Allow it to settle there.
And plant it in that fertile soil of your heart.
Plant it deep.
Plant it would love.
Plant it with purpose.
Feel it embed.
Resting right now in that fertile soil.
Of your sweet tender heart.
It takes about a minute for the blood in our heart to pump through our entire body and then return to the heart.
So with every breath you take,
With every beat of your heart,
That intention.
Pulsing through you.
It's bathing your brain.
It's washing your organs.
It's infusing itself into your tendons,
Your muscles,
Your skin.
That intention,
That seed.
Is rippling through every fiber.
A viewer.
Existence.
Infusing itself.
Into you.
Physically.
Emotionally.
Energetically,
Psychically,
Chemically,
Hormonally.
Spiritually.
And just about now it's coming down the home stretch,
Moving back into your heart.
You've integrated every aspect of your being,
Aligned every aspect of your being with that intention.
Bhagavad Gita 2.
47 teaches us we have total control over our own actions but no control over the fruit.
Of those actions.
We spend so much time in the fruit.
But we have the present moment.
We have this sacred,
Precious present moment.
So let's take a deep breath in.
And release our attachment to outcome.
We've planted the seed.
Just like when we plant any seed,
As long as we nourish it,
That seed grows.
So release attachment to outcome.
And how do we nourish the seed?
This is the secret to manifesting.
This is what we do when we find ourselves at a crossroads in life.
When we find ourselves at the fork in the road,
When we find ourselves stuck.
Or unwilling or unable.
Just move forward.
We connect to that stillness and silence that rests within and the seed gets nourished.
Will use a beautiful mantra.
Aham Prema.
I am love.
Aham prema.
This will allow you to manifest everything you do with love.
Not necessarily giving,
Giving,
Giving,
Because you've been doing that every single moment,
But receiving.
Self-kindness Self-compassion.
Self-forgiveness.
Self-love.
Aham Prema.
Awakens that.
Allowing you to receive kindness,
Compassion,
Forgiveness,
And love.
Aham Prema.
Aham I am.
Prema.
Love.
Say it out loud to the big one,
Tom.
Aham Prema.
And I'll whisper it one time with me.
Prepa.
And now begin repeating it over.
And over.
An offer.
Silently.
As you repeat the mantra,
It may change.
As you repeat the mantra,
It may change.
It may get louder.
Faster.
Slower,
May become jumbled or distorted.
However it changes,
Don't resist.
You may drift away to thoughts or sounds or physical sensations.
That's okay.
Soon as you realize.
That you no longer repeating.
The Mantra.
Ever so gently drift back.
To a hum.
Prima.
Prama,
Reminding yourself,
Kindness,
Compassion.
Forgiveness and love.
You're so worthy of them.
These are the tools you require to step into your power.
To take that first step.
The hum.
I'll watch the time when you hear my voice just as gently with your eyes closed.
So let's begin.
Sit gently with your eyes closed and let the stillness and silence settle in.
And together let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And ever so gently let that go.
Stay in this space with me.
Now our next step in this process.
Is to make a commitment.
And this commitment just needs to be one step.
That we take.
A real world action step that we take and don't make it giant.
Just one step.
Remember,
Drop by drop.
Our heart gets full.
Bean by bean.
The bag gets full.
Just one step.
You can even start by saying,
I commit to.
And then finish that sentence,
But make it real.
Make it something that you can do today.
Right after we say goodbye to each other.
I commit to.
And when you clear on that,
Give your heart a gentle massage.
So we found ourselves at some type of crossroads.
Maybe procrastinating,
Maybe making excuses,
Maybe just not moving forward.
Forward for whatever reason.
But we connected to that space between.
We ask ourselves these sacred questions,
Who am I when I'm at my best?
What am I grateful for?
What does my heart truly long for?
Based on the answers to those questions.
We invited an intention into our awareness.
Planted it like a seed in that fertile soil of our heart.
We let that seed permeate through our entire being with each beat of our heart,
And then we released our attachment to outcome.
Went deep into Aham Prema.
Deep into love.
Made a commitment.
To ourselves.
Commitments aren't like commandments.
Commitments are these sacred agreements that we make.
Between our heart.
And our highest self.
They're sacred.
Sacred agreements.
And we get to live it now,
The final step in manifesting and moving forward.
In taking our lives from where they are to where we dream of them to be.
Is to take the step.
So take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Raise your hands up to the sky.
Raise your chest up.
Let the universe gently kiss your soul.
Let that breath go.
And when it feels comfortable.
You can ever so gently open your eyes.
Welcome back.
This is how we move through consciously.
From being stuck.
Making a conscious choice.
To stepping into our power.
So be gentle with yourself today.
Flow with love?
And know that you have.
Taken that first step.
To moving yourself through.
Whatever's going on.
With each day,
I am reborn.
Today.
I begin again.
Begin again.
From the sweet spot of the universe,
This is davidji.
Wishing you such love.
And such strength.
As you journey forward.
Keep meditating.
Remember we transform the world by transforming ourselves.
So let's do it one breath at a time,
One meditation at a time.
I'll see you.
In the gap.
Namaste.
