Hello,
This is davidji and welcome to today's ASMR experience.
So what is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and this is a term used to describe a tingling,
Static-like or goosebump sensation in response to a particular audio or visual experience.
And these sensations spread across the skull,
Down the back of the neck,
And for many of us down our spine and down our limbs.
And when we experience ASMR sensations,
It's pleasant,
It's blissful,
It's relaxing,
It's calming,
And it might even make us sleepy.
So feel free to use this as a sleep aid as well.
There is scientific evidence that if you practice this every day for a month,
You will feel profound results.
I'm going to whisper throughout this process and so let's get as comfortable as possible.
Remember comfort is queen.
And together let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And ever so gently let that go.
And let's do that one more time.
And ever so gently release that breath.
And now simply begin to witness as the breath comes into you and as it moves back out.
Just let the breath come into you and feel it go down deep into your belly.
And ever so gently release that.
And now just drift as you breathe in and as you breathe back out.
There's nowhere else to be.
There's nothing else to do except to be right here,
Right now,
In this sacred,
Precious,
Present moment.
You may notice a tingling perhaps in your scalp or along the back of your neck.
Maybe it's moving down your spine.
Maybe you feel it in your chest or your heart or your belly or your legs or your pelvis or your ankles,
Even your toes.
From your toes to the crown of your head,
There may be a soothing,
Tingling,
Calming sensation.
And just breathe and just feel that breath come into your nostrils,
Moving to the back of your nose,
Into your sinuses,
Down your throat,
Into the top of your lungs,
Into the middle of your chest and down into your belly.
And as you release that breath,
Feel it leave your belly,
Move up your chest to the top of your lungs,
Into your throat,
Into the back of your sinuses and back out through your nose.
Simply allow.
Feel the healing sensations coming into you.
Simply accept.
Please receive all the healing right now.
Whatever anxiety you had with each breath,
It's released.
Allow my voice to simply wash over your entire body,
Starting with your mind,
Creating tranquility,
Calm and peace.
Moving into your face.
Feel as you breathe,
Your face relaxing,
Your cheeks,
Your temples relaxing,
Your jaw relaxing.
Allow that relaxing sensation to move into your throat and then into your shoulders.
Breathe with me.
And as we exhale,
We'll allow our shoulders to drop.
Feel all that tension leaving your shoulders.
All that anxiety just falling off of you,
Dripping off of you.
Let's move a little lower.
Breathe into your heart.
There's a weight on there,
But we can release that too.

Slow,
Deep breath into your heart.
Breathe with me.
And as you exhale,
Allow it.
Weight to release.
Feel relief in your heart right now.
Feel a calm,
Quietude in your heart right now.
Let's keep breathing that calm,
Relaxing sensation into our heart.

Release any tension and constriction in our heart right now.
Long,

Deep breath into your heart.
Your heart is lighter than a feather right now.
Let's move into our solar plexus.
Sometimes we hold so much tension in our solar plexus,
In our torso.
Let's breathe into it.
And let that go.
Breathe in ease into your torso,
Into your solar plexus.
Breathe with me.
And let's let go of any tension,
Any constriction.
And now drift your attention down to your belly.
We hold so much anxiety and stress inside of us.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath into our belly.
Feel it fill all the way up.
And then let's let it go.
Release it.
Let's do that one more time.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath into your belly.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath into your belly.
And release.
You feel all that anxiety just leave you.
And now drift your attention down to your hips,
Your pelvis.
So much tightness.
So much constriction in that area.
Breathe with me.

Deep breath into your hips,
Your lower belly,
Your pelvis,
Even the tops of your thighs.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And feel these healing,
Tingling sensations move through you as you exhale.
Let's do that one more time.

And feel your hips,
Your pelvis,
Your thighs,
Your lower back,
Your hips,
Your lower back,
Your hips,
Your pelvis,
Your thighs.
Just relax as you exhale.
And now finally your legs.
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
Your feet,
Your toes.
Breathe into them.
And just relax them as we exhale together.
Again,
Slow,
Deep breath in to your legs.
And feel this tingling,
Healing sensation move through you and out as you exhale.
And now simply stay in this space.
Feeling waves of tingling,
Healing cascading from the ground of your head,
Washing over your ears,
Your forehead,
Your temples,
Your eyes down the back of your head,
Your cheeks,
Your nose,
Your lips.
Feel those tingling,
Healing sensations just dripping down your chin,
Moving through your throat,
Healing with every beat of your heart,
With every breath you take.
Watch as the healing,
Tingling sensations move into your shoulders and ripple down your arms.
Just healing and relaxing your biceps,
Your triceps,
Your elbows,
Your forearms,
Your wrists,
Your hands,
Your palms,
Your fingers.
Just healing you in waves of soothing,
Tingling,
Comforting energy.
Again,
Drift your attention back to your shoulders and move down.
Move down,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in to your clavicles,
Your breastbone,
Your ribcage.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And just allow these tingling,
Healing,
Soothing waves of energy to wash through you,
Moving down your torso,
Down your chest,
Down to your belly button.
Moving into your belly,
Simultaneously down your spine,
Healing,
Soothing,
Tingling.
Just witness as these healing,
Soothing,
Tingling waves of energy just continue to wash through you,
Rolling down your body,
Dripping down your thighs,
Your hamstrings,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
And your feet.
Simply allow,
Simply accept,
Simply receive the healing.
You're more relaxed than you've ever been.
That anxiety has washed itself away.
The stress has left you.
And in this moment,
You are pure and whole and healed and sacred.
Just witness,
Witness all the magnificent splendor of your physical body,
Of your heart,
Of this material world,
And of your place in it.
Know that you are loved.
Know that you are whole.
And know that you are at peace.
