Finding a comfortable position to sit with your lower back supported or laying down.
This meditation is designed to connect us back to the frequency of the heart.
We will move through a series of directional breathing and by guiding our awareness into greater levels of subtlety,
We'll re-attune ourselves to the vibration of love.
Become aware of the space that you are in,
The walls,
The floor and ceiling.
Let your awareness become the space in the room.
As it moves from the walls and wraps around you like a mold in the shape of your body.
Then bring your awareness to the throat center,
Noticing if there's any contraction here,
Lifting the chin slightly to create expansion.
Now begin breathing in through the nose,
In a circular fashion as if it's entering through the throat,
Rising into the third eye and as you exhale,
It cycles down the front of the face and back in through the throat.
Inhaling through the nose,
The awareness on the throat bringing it up into the head,
Exhaling through the third eye,
Around the front of the face,
Back down towards the throat.
Try to make this breath cycle as smooth as possible without stopping between the inhale and exhale.
Now bringing the awareness into the heart center,
Become aware of the heartbeat.
You want to raise the heartbeat through the throat into the head.
Taking a deep breath,
Filling the heart and allow that energy to rise into the mind.
And hold the breath,
Seeing if you can feel or hear the heartbeat inside your head.
As you exhale,
Allow the energy to rise further and leave through the top of your head.
And again,
Inhaling into the heart,
Filling the chest with breath,
Allowing the energy to rise into the mind and hold,
Feeling or hearing the heartbeat.
Exhale and allow the energy to rise further out of the crown of the head.
Keep repeating this breath.
This is how we hold the heart in the mind and allow the cohesive energy of the heart to pacify any dissonant thought patterns in the mind.
On the next exhale,
Just allowing the awareness to rest back in the heart,
Allowing the breath to return to a normal rhythm.
Then we want to bring the mind into the heart,
Breathing in through the third eye,
Filling the mind with breath energy and hold.
Exhaling allowing this cooling energy to pass through the open throat into the heart.
Hold for a second and allow the heart to expand,
Before again breathing in through the third eye.
Using this cooling energy,
Feel the entire head.
Hold and gently exhale,
Allowing it to pass through the throat and expand into the heart.
And hold,
Before again breathing in through the third eye.
Removing the process of bringing the mind into the heart.
Namaste.
Again,
Let your awareness become as if it were the space in the room,
As it swirls and molds around the shape of your body.
At the same time,
Become aware of a small spinning disc in the empty space in the centre of your chest,
In the centre of your body.
As the spinning disc gets gradually faster,
It gets hotter and expands out to fill the entire heart,
Then the entire chest,
Then into the arms and legs,
Hands and feet,
Until eventually the spinning disc becomes so fast it's expanding out beyond the body.
This energy is influencing the breath,
Relaxing the mind,
And calming the body.
And we again bring our awareness as the space in the room,
To all of the edges of the body,
Into the empty space in the centre of the chest at the same time.
To begin to bring some movement into the fingers and toes,
Some deeper breath back into the body,
Without losing connection to the cohesive vibration of the heart.
A field of intelligence permeates through the mind,
Through the breath,
Through the body and beyond.
As the intelligence of our natural state of love,
It has the power to purify,
Balance and restore.
It is our innate wisdom and our true power.
