Take a 5 minute pause to ground your body, shift your nervous system into a calmer state and receive a short energy healing. Cultivate a more parasympathetic state to soothe aniety, stress and overwhelm.

Welcome to this short practice.

Please find yourself in a comfortable position,

Whether that's laying down or sitting upright,

Making sure you feel supported.

Taking a moment now perhaps to land and get any last wiggles or fidgets out.

If you are sitting,

Take this opportunity now to place your feet firmly on the ground.

An invitation now to take in a deep breath with a long and sighing exhale.

Repeating this if you wish.

Then perhaps allowing yourself to make a sighing or humming sound as you exhale.

As you exhale,

I invite you to imagine releasing any stressors or negative energy that feels heavy in your body.

Breathing in light luminous energy and exhaling heavy sticky energy.

Imagining now a set of energetic and healing hands from the ether landing on your shoulders.

These hands are applying a gentle pressure and a warm healing energy.

These hands are safe,

Loving and filled with life energy.

They offer you peace,

Calm and relief.

Pausing here for an even longer moment to enjoy this beautiful healing pressure on your shoulders.

As these hands begin to lift off your shoulders,

You will begin to feel a new level of weightlessness,

A new energy source and perhaps a new renewed vitality in your body.

A sense of peace and calm.

Your nervous system is shifted,

More parasympathetic and more relaxed.

I invite you now to place a hand over your heart space and connect with your beating heart inside of your chest.

Finding that beat,

That rhythm of the life force within you.

Finding yourself again in your physical body.

Long deep inhale.

Relaxing long exhale.

And sealing this practice with one more deep inhale.

Long soothing exhale.

And as you remove your hand from your chest,

An invitation to perhaps even just move your neck,

Your shoulders,

Inviting in a small amount of movement before you flutter your eyes open and return to your physical space.
