Explore MeditationDanielle is trained as a physical therapist and her most recent work has been investigating the mind-body connection, the nervous system and their roles in pain, stress and overall health. Through this curiosity, she has developed both The Somatic Emotional Awareness (SEA) Practice, a course teaching the mind-body connection and the role of emotions and their physical sensations, and SOMA Movement, a cathartic movement practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Functional Neurology, Energy Medicine, Somatic Emotional Awareness and really great music. Danielle currently resides in British Columbia and loves to travel the world.
