Hi my love.

If you're here right now,

You might be feeling discomfort,

Heaviness or pain in your body.

And first I want you to know,

Your body is not against you.

She is working for you.

She is wise.

She is powerful.

So this practice is not about fighting your pain.

It's about softening,

Listening and creating space for relief.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.

Maybe you're lying down.

Maybe sitting with pillows supporting you.

Whatever feels most gentle right now.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

And sigh it out through your mouth.

One more time.

Inhale deeply.

And relax attention.

Now let's begin a soft rhythm.

Inhale through your nose for the count of 4.

3,

2,

1.

Hold for a moment.

And exhale slowly through your mouth for 6,

5,

4,

3,

1.

Inhale for 4,

3,

2,

1.

Hold.

Exhale for 6,

5,

4,

Inhale for 4,

1.

Hold.

Exhale for 6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Keep going.

Breathe in for 4.

Hold at the top.

Hold in.

Exhale for 6.

Imagine letting go of any pain.

With each single breath imagine the pain softening.

Like ice melting in warm water.

Keep breathing.

Not fighting,

Just melting.

Keep breathing.

In for 4.

Out for 6.

As you keep breathing bring your attention to your lower belly,

Your womb space.

Place your hands there if it feels good.

Feel the warmth of your palms.

The protection of your hands.

Now imagine a soft golden light forming in this space.

Warm,

Gentle,

Loving.

With every inhale that golden light grows stronger.

And with every exhale it spreads through your hips,

Your back,

Your thighs,

Relaxing every single muscle,

Every single nerve.

Breathe in for 4 and out for 6.

Now we will use this breath for comfort.

As you inhale imagine breathing directly into your womb space.

With your exhale imagine sending a wave of relaxation through your whole body.

Inhale into the womb.

Exhale let your whole body sigh,

Soften and release.

Inhale into the womb.

Exhale to soften.

Inhale into your belly.

Inhale off into your belly.

Exhale pain.

If emotions rise then let them.

Sometimes the pain carries sadness,

Frustration or even old tension and that's ok.

With every breath you're creating space for your body to let go.

Now imagine your womb not as a source of pain but as a sacred center of power.

A place of creation.

A place of deep wisdom.

See your wrapped in soft golden light,

Held and supported at peace.

Take one more deep inhale into the belly and exhale with a long sigh,

Letting everything soften.

Thank your body for holding you through every single month.

For being the center where new life is born.

When you're ready gently wiggle your fingers and your toes and slowly let go.

Slowly with love open your eyes.

I want you to remember that your body is not your enemy.

She's your home,

Your ally and your guide.

You are safe and you are healthy and you are free to rest today.
