Hey love,
Today I realized something that really hit me and made me think.
Do you remember the last time that your best friend or a family member,
Someone you really like,
Had an experience that was just amazing and you were cheering them up and you were like,
Wow this is amazing,
You were proud of them and you celebrated their win?
And when you have a win for yourself,
You talk yourself small and you say it's not a big thing and you don't give yourself the credits for it.
And today I want to change that.
If you do have a paper around you,
A pen and a paper,
Then grab it.
If not,
Then grab your phone and text it into your notes and write down three wins that you had in the last couple of days or weeks.
Could be big wins,
Could be small wins.
Whatever you would celebrate your best friend for.
Whatever would make you feel proud if someone else would achieve that.
Think of anything and write it down.
So often we walk through life and we achieve so many great things and we not take a second to celebrate them.
And what happens here is that our self-confidence doesn't grow,
That we keep in the state of searching for something,
For working for something.
We forget that what we just did was our big goal a couple of years ago or weeks ago.
Something that we put onto our vision board or that we had in our goal book for months or weeks or days.
And now that we achieve it,
We already have set our next goal.
So what we just achieved is not that great.
Like we don't give ourselves the credits and that's so sad.
Because once you start giving yourself the credits and you write down your wins and you actually take a moment to pause and to take them in,
It's where you can really see your strength.
You start to get confident and you know you grow from this.
Because then the next time something comes up like that,
You will remember even more what you have already achieved.
You will trust yourself more and more that you can really achieve your goals.
And this is something that you can only give to yourself.
And it's okay to be proud of yourself.
It's okay to celebrate yourself.
It's okay to to be the one that achieves something.
You don't have to make yourself small just to be liked.
It's okay to win.
It's okay to be good at something.
