This talk is a deep reminder that your self-image defines everything in your life. You cannot outperform what you believe about yourself. If you think you’re not capable, not worthy, not beautiful, or not ready, you will unconsciously sabotage your own success. But when you shift your identity and create a new version of yourself — your 2.0 self — everything begins to change. I’ll share how I redefined my own self-image by writing down the exact thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors of my higher self, and how repeating them daily began to transform my business, my relationships, my opportunities, and even my home. When you stop feeding self-doubt and instead step into your confident, loving, empowered self, life responds with more ease, flow, and abundance.

Hey love,

The other week I heard a world-class mental coach say something that really stuck with me.

You can't outperform your self-image.

And it got me thinking,

Because whatever you believe about yourself becomes the truth.

If you think you can't do something,

You won't.

If you believe you can,

You will find a way,

You'll create the solution,

You will get there.

If you think you're not beautiful,

Your body will stop shining from the inside out.

If you think you're too small for the new job,

You'll find ways to self-sabotage.

Because in the end,

It's you creating your reality.

You're not who you wish to be.

You're not who you think you are.

And those moments of self-doubt,

They're just moments of self-sabotage.

The coach I listened to spoke about creating your 2.

0 version.

For me,

That's Donna in 2.

0.

And when I started to imagine her,

I realized she thinks very differently of herself.

She doesn't doubt,

She's confident,

She trusts her abilities.

So I wrote it down,

Every thought my 2.

0 version has.

And now I repeat those thoughts every single day.

And you know what?

My surroundings started shifting.

My business,

My relationships,

My opportunities,

Even my home.

Everything feels smoother,

Easier.

Because I stopped sabotaging myself.

Or at least,

I'm on the way there.

And I want you to understand this.

You're the one creating who you are.

You set the standards.

You set the limits.

If you keep telling yourself small thoughts,

Your life will stay small.

But the more love,

The more belief,

The more positivity you give yourself inside,

The more you'll see it reflected on the outside.

So here's my invitation.

Write down exactly what your version 2.

0 thinks.

What are their thoughts,

Their actions,

Their decisions?

What do they wear?

How do they speak to others?

Write it down.

Look at it every single day.

Bring it into your mind,

Into your subconscious mind.

And watch how your life begins to change.

How funny—I've called myself "Kenny 2.0" since I got sober nearly 6 years ago. The improvement is orders of magnitude over version 1.0, but now I am working on 3.0 🙌

When I clear away all the old lies, I'm left with good, with a child of a good and loving God. I remember who I am. And life gets better and better as I remember more and more clearly.
