Notice the sounds around you.
Are they near or maybe they're far away?
How loud are they?
Are they pleasant?
Just notice what you hear.

Let's turn our focus to how the air feels on your skin.
Is it cool?
Maybe it's warm.
Start to feel the weight of your clothes on your body.
And even with your eyes closed,
Imagine that you're gently widening your awareness,
Almost like opening a curtain.
