Welcome to this practice.

We will be working with an affirmation focused on worthiness.

Helping you to feel that you are enough.

Sit back,

Relax and close your eyes.

Take a full deep breath in and exhale slowly.

As you breathe,

Begin to notice any feelings of overwhelm,

Doubt or not being enough as a parent.

Depending on your current state of mind,

These thoughts and feelings might be at the forefront of your mind,

Easy to find.

Or maybe you'll have to dig a little bit deeper.

But we all have these feelings at some time.

Recognize the overwhelm,

The doubt,

The feelings of not being a good enough parent.

We'll work with some affirmation statements to feel and embody the opposite of these feelings.

Recognizing that we are enough.

We are doing well in our parenting by being with our child,

Offering our love.

You may choose to repeat each statement silently after me.

And I invite you to really tune into the meaning behind the words and feel the meaning in your body.

I am enough.

I am doing my best.

I trust myself and my parenting journey.

I am worthy of love and compassion.

I give myself grace knowing I am enough just as I am.

Feel the power of these words grounding you,

Helping you tune into your inherent capabilities as a parent.

Let these words bring you peace and remind you that you are doing more than enough as a parent.

As you're ready to bring yourself back,

Take a long,

Slow breath in and a long,

Slow breath out.

Finding some small movements with ease and transitioning yourself back into your day with mindfulness.

Thank you for your practice.
