This meditation will guide you into a restful sleep,

Helping to calm your mind and ease any tension.

The music is designed to encourage delta brainwave activity and will continue playing after the guidance is finished,

Lulling you into a peaceful slumber.

Begin by making sure you're completely comfortable.

Adjust your position so that you feel supported and relaxed.

Feel the softness of your bed beneath you and let yourself sink into its comfort.

Allow your body to become heavy and supported by the surface underneath you.

Bring your attention to your breath.

Take a deep,

Slow inhale through your nose,

Feeling your belly rise.

Hold the breath for a moment and then exhale gently through your mouth,

Allowing any tension to leave your body.

Do that one more time.

Inhale deeply,

Hold it,

And let it out.

One more time,

Breathe in deeply,

Hold it,

And release.

Continue to breathe slowly and deeply,

Finding a natural rhythm that feels calming and soothing.
