Where we're heading as a collective on this planet,

We need to do more of things that bring this energy,

Like bring happiness.

There's a lot of distraction,

There's a lot of deception from many things.

So the more we can get together and stay centered.

When we're chanting all this,

We're not here to escape reality,

We're here to embrace.

What's going on?

When we have negativity in our life,

If we don't face the negativity,

It's still there.

I do this so that maybe you too may awaken and be inspired to help others.

But make sure you help yourself mostly.

Make sure that you fill your own cup first.

All the energy,

The stream,

All this.

This is possible because something inside happened.

There's a lot of heaviness going on everywhere.

Humanity is going through that phase of.

.

.

When I look on the news,

When I look at social media,

There is so much information that's deceiving us from our true nature.

Which is the moment and our happiness now.

I can let that stress me out or I can like do something about it.

I'm choosing,

This is my part.

And whenever you feel this peace,

Share it with others.

And before you share with others,

Make sure that you fill your cup.

Sometimes we want to help people so bad,

But they're not ready to be helped.

We really want people to wake up,

But it's not time.

But when we become a shining light,

We become like one of these.

.

.

Tuned.

Radiant.

But we don't want to show off.

We don't want an enlightened person who will never say,

I am enlightened.

Ever.

Because if you show it off,

The ego has kicked in.

So whenever you see people talk about,

I am enlightened.

Be careful.

But at least it's a positive thing.

That's it.

Stay grounded people.

If you're experiencing a lot of negativity,

Because it's a choice.

We can always look at negativity on the news,

On YouTube.

And when we feel stressed,

We're not aware that we have a choice sometimes.

And that's why I'm here.

You always have a choice.

It may be difficult to choose happiness when you're really stressed out.

And you have really amazing reasons to be in your damn head.

The greatest reason to be negative will continue to keep you in that mindset.

But if you keep making a great reason to be optimistic,

We're not here to be blindly positive.

It's like if your house is on fire,

You're like,

Oh no,

Somebody's making barbecue.

Don't be blindly positive.

Love and light.

No,

No,

No,

No,

No,

No.

Be harmony,

Be balanced.

Like common sense,

Be open to seeing both sides.

If you're someone who is really addicted to being negative,

Sometimes we have to be willing to see the positive in things.

Especially in yourself.

Sometimes you look down at ourselves.

We need to learn to sometimes say some good things about ourselves.

At least I'm not giving up.

I'm staying strong.

I'm doing my best.

And what can I do better?

When I forget to be positive,

There's two things that I remember.

If I'm like completely in my head and I fall into like desire and got lost,

There's two things I always remember.

I remember to say thank you for anything that I can be.

It's my breath,

Number one.

I remember to say thank you for a bunch of stuff.

Number two,

The second thing I remember to say,

It's gonna be okay.

If I fall in life,

It's gonna be okay.

And I tell my,

What's the worst that can happen?

You die,

It's gonna happen someday.

If it's coming soon,

That's okay.

That's how I overcame the fear of ghosts.

I was very scared of ghosts.

If the goo gooey,

If the ghost,

If the monster's gonna get me and it's my time,

The worst that can happen is die.

But guess what?

Ain't no monsters.

This is my own mind.

The fear is just our own.

I made myself meditate in the dark for like eight months.

I blacked out in this exact room.

I blacked out every light that I can.

I put electrical tape on every electrical thing that was emitting light to get the darkest room I could.

And I meditated in it so that I can overcome my fear of ghosts in the dark.

And every time I thought there was goo gooey or every time I thought there was ghosts,

I would open my eyes calmly.

I would see no ghosts.

And I was like,

There's no ghosts,

But why does my mind believe there's ghosts?

Sometimes we're so habitually addicted to daydreaming negatively that when there's nothing negative,

The mind does that as a way to protect ourselves.

Growing up,

I didn't get a lot of love.

I didn't feel loved.

I used the fear to be attached to my mother.

I used my fear of darkness to get closer to my mother because I didn't feel loved.

This is a reaction of things that have happened when we pay attention.

I had abandonment issues,

So I used this negative thing to get closer to my mother,

But I still didn't get the love that I was seeking,

Which turned into me seeking women,

Sexual connection,

Excessive sexual seeking.

Everything is good in moderation.

Most people don't know how to freaking moderate.

But when you meditate,

You'll just have one ice cream,

But sometimes two.

You gotta be real.

Like,

You gotta be real with this,

Right?

It's not about not drinking alcohol.

It's about not letting the alcohol take over you.

I drink a damn lot.

I love margaritas.

But I know when the,

When I'm like,

When it's taking over me,

I give it distance.

Guess what?

Remember I was playing video games?

It was taking over me.

Plant versus zombies,

Garden Warfare 2.

What did I do?

I cut it off.

My negativity,

It's sometimes lurked,

But I have detached from identifying as a negative person.

My identity as who I am.

I am optimistic,

Positive,

Doing the best that I can.

What is your identity?

How do you see yourself?

It's not just about your title.

It's about who you are and how you feel inside and your vision on life.

I hope everybody feels relaxed today.

Thank you for This Is My New Thing.
