So welcome.
Make sure that you sit down in a comfortable position.
Seated position.
Your meditation position.
Your go-to.
Whatever that looks like for you.
We are going to go with hands down.
So if you're resting your hands on your lap or on your knees,
Turn them so that the palms are down facing the earth.
We need some physical.
Some grounding.
Some actual male,
More male,
Like.
.
.
Solid energy.
Rather than go into spirit.
Let's go down.
Let's go down.
So palms down.
If you haven't done so already,
I mean,
Close your eyes.
And start to slow down your breathing.
Take long,
Slow.
Deep breaths.
But first,
Just kind of breathe into your chest area.
Take your breath into your chest area.
Fill the space.
Spread.
Your chest cavity.
Make the breaths deep enough and big enough that they expand your ribs forward and back.
Out to the side.
Feel that expansion.
And then exhale and feel the contraction.
Like we're priming the engine right now.
We're priming the pump.
On your next couple of breaths,
Breathe deeper.
More attention.
Into your abdomen.
Go as low and as full as you can in your tummy.
Really breathe and expand your belly.
And then exhale and contract your tummy back to the spine.
Expand.
And contract.
I know this is where you use your senses more than the actual physical.
Take your breath down to the base of your spine.
So pull your attention down to the base of the spine and then with that long,
Slow,
Deep breath.
Intentionally pull it past the abdomen.
Pull it lower,
Deeper.
As if every inhale touches the base of your spine.
Touches your sit bones.
Down into your head.
The pelvic floor,
Cavity.
Down deep into.
The very bottom.
Of your spine.
Keep breathing into that space.
As if you're activating it,
You're waking up.
You're waking up the root chakra.
And as you.
.
.
Breathe into the spine.
All the way down to the coccyx.
In your mind,
If it's helpful for you,
Start to see the color of the root chakra.
See that.
Earthy,
Red,
Deep,
Rich soil collapse.
Like this Sedona Mountain.
Deeper,
Redder.
See that warmth and that depth and that Richness.
Imagine that that's all you can see in your mind and your breath is swimming into.
Pool of that.
Down at the base of your spine.
What I want you to do now is keep your focus and attention on the sensations down at the base of your spine.
But don't try so much with your breath.
Let your breath go.
Let your breath become more shallow.
Let it find its normal,
Comfortable,
Relaxed pace.
So you're not trying so much with your breath anymore.
All you're doing is.
.
.
Let in the breath.
Step into the background.
And now you have this serious.
Focus.
Complete attention.
Right there at the base of your spine.
If you sit.
And dive into the sensations.
Right there you'll start to feel.
A heaviness.
A fullness.
Around your sit bones.
Around your coccyx.
Heavy.
Waited.
Dense.
Inside of your body.
See if you can.
Physically connect to that.
Sensation.
You know when you see two magnets come together and then to pull them apart,
There's like this pull,
There's this force that you're pulling against,
The weight that you're pulling against.
Start to accept that your body is like one of those magnets.
And the ground,
The earth,
The chair.
It doesn't matter what it is physically that you're sat on.
That which is beneath you,
Earth which is beneath you is the other aspect of that magnet and it's connected and there's a pull.
See if you can grasp at that.
Feeling.
At the base of your spine,
Go really,
Really still and quiet and feel that.
Very subtle.
Pull.
It's like a drawing,
Like drawing out.
Sensation out of the base of your spine.
It's more so towards the back of your spine.
Rather than the front.
Muscle towards the back of your body.
There's this pull.
That's you.
Connecting to.
The earth.
And everything the earth can give you.
This little,
Tiny,
Subtle.
.
.
Like a suction.
It's present all the time.
But sometimes it gets very,
Very weak and sometimes it gets really strong.
We want it to get stronger right now.
We want to really,
Really activate that pull.
And as it pulls,
Start to.
.
.
Relax your shoulders.
Start to soften the rest of your body,
Even your spine,
Just soften,
Kind of curl in a little bit,
Relax everything,
Almost droopy.
A droopy feeling with your upper body as if you're allowing this pool.
You're not resisting it.
You're surrendering to it and as you surrender the rest of your body and you just relax and get a little bit heavier on top.
Imagine that that pull is pulling you down deeper.
Into.
The earth itself.
Stronger.
Tighter grip.
Like Mother Earth really has a hold of you now.
Stay with that weight,
Stay with that fullness,
Stay with that feeling of being pulled together.
And then we can start to draw more energy from her.
In your mind,
See the infinity.
Figure eight in your mind and you are one aspect of that and she is the other.
Like an hour to us.
The top part is you and the bottom part is her.
But see in your mind the energy moving around the infinity sign.
Down and around and up and over and down and around and up and over There is a constant.
Exchange of energy between you and her.
Like one unit working together.
And the more you see this.
Image in your mind of this,
Maybe you see it as if it's a light that's moving around.
The infinity sign up and over and down.
Under,
Up and over and down under.
Watch it traveling in your mind.
In this state.
With this connection.
You're at your most stable.
Solid.
Like the most.
Non-wavering.
Aspect.
Of yourself.
This locking,
This magnetic connection that you have with Earth will bring you every single time back into a place of balance.
And when we are balanced and stable and securely connected to this life force that we're feeling that's traveling through me down into her,
Traveling through you down into her,
This life force This is when we're in our strength.
You can feel.
How stable you are in your body.
Solid.
It doesn't feel.
.
.
Fractured or wishy-washy or kind of fluttery and.
.
.
And buzzy in a sense that you're You're,
You know.
You're disconnected.
No,
This feels very much connected.
Like at the solidity of your muscles and your bones and the weight of your physical body is very present.
You feel like one of those strong oak trees.
So rooted and structured.
Adjust.
It's an image of strength.
And you're strong in this place because There is no disconnection.
There is no mind confusion.
There is no feeling of fear.
There is no feeling of loneliness.
When you're connected.
Like this.
And you have plugged in.
You're at your strongest because.
.
.
Everything that happens normally when we're disconnected from our life force,
When we're disconnected from Earth's life force.
Everything that happens to us is normally an aspect.
A byproduct of that.
Headaches,
Confusion,
Tiredness.
Lack of ability to focus.
Feeling weak in your body.
May be unhealthy.
No energy.
It's like you go gray.
You go grey and washed out.
And deflated.
Everybody knows that feeling,
Right?
But when you're here,
Like this,
And you're feeding from this light,
From this energy.
You can feel that heaviness,
That sturdiness inside of your body.
You can feel.
Your brain be more.
On point.
Like it's.
.
.
It's locked in.
Or if you need to feel strong.
If you need some courage.
If you need to be brave.
If you would.
Anything that involves something that's scary and you have to get past it.
In your life.
This is what we need.
Is simple.
Life force connection.
Or give us everything that we need to feel more confident.
More capable.
More ready for whatever's going to come when we get back on the other side.
Let's take some final big,
Deep breaths.
Just breathe in this energy.
Acknowledge that it's filled your body.
Your bones.
Everything.
Feels.
Solid.
See if you can.
Really feel yourself drawing it,
Pulling it.
On that magnetic connection at the base of your spine.
Your final sips of the straw.
Pull it up,
Pull it up,
Pull it up,
Pull it in.
Pull it all the way up to the top of your head.
All the way.
Into your fingers and your toes.
Feel like you're amped up and ready to go.
And then with all that.
Keep it in you.
Keep it there.
Just grab a hold of it.
Imagine you're grabbing a hold of it.
You're keeping it all inside.
As you open your eyes and you come back into your space.
Namaste.
My friends.
