So we're going to jump straight into the breathing practice.
So go ahead and make sure that you're either lying down in a nice safe space or you're sitting up and everything around you is nice and cushy.
Because this breathing practice can be quite intense,
I invite you to make sure that your area surrounding you is very,
Very safe.
So no sharp edges,
No hard floors,
A nice cushy area for you to do this breathing practice and lean all the way into it.

In this breathwork session,
We are going to be doing inhales and exhales in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Eventually,
We will change to inhaling in through the mouth and out through the mouth.
So just listen for my cues.
We will speed up and slow down our breathing as needed.
I invite you to take a deep breath in through the nose now and let it go through the mouth.
