Hello everyone and welcome to Prana Breathing.

My name is Ben Holtz and this breathwork flow is brought to you by Awaken Breath.

This breathwork series,

The Prana Breathing series,

Is a series that combines the music of Left Lucas,

Which I'm deeply grateful for,

My brother,

And my breathwork guidance in order to create a unique and empowering breathwork experience.

As the name suggests,

This breathwork is designed to create a deep sense of energy,

Vitality in the body,

That sweet,

Sweet prana.

So we're going to jump straight into the breathing practice.

So go ahead and make sure that you're either lying down in a nice safe space or you're sitting up and everything around you is nice and cushy.

Because this breathing practice can be quite intense,

I invite you to make sure that your area surrounding you is very,

Very safe.

So no sharp edges,

No hard floors,

A nice cushy area for you to do this breathing practice and lean all the way into it.

Without further ado,

Let's jump in to Prana Breathing.

Hello everyone and welcome to Prana Breathing,

Brought to you by Awaken Breath.

In this breathwork session,

We are going to be doing inhales and exhales in through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Eventually,

We will change to inhaling in through the mouth and out through the mouth.

So just listen for my cues.

We will speed up and slow down our breathing as needed.

I invite you to take a deep breath in through the nose now and let it go through the mouth.

Again,

Deep breath in and let it go.

In.

Inhale all the way.

Let it go.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Keep going at that pace.

In through the nose.

Sigh it out.

Keep going.

You're doing great.

We're going to speed it up.

Get ready for our first retention.

An excellent intro to Prana breathing, is this the same as Khundalini? Except an abridged version? I liked it because I am just coming back into breathe work and have don’t think I could have done more than this right now. 🙏🏽💜😮‍💨

Great. A wonderful rhythm to the different speeds & breathing methods. I decided to practice this to remove my focus on my high-level (8 on pain scale) pain this moment. It helps. Chronic pain, no matter how much time one doesn’t focus on the pain the less one feels it. (Or something like that.) When i’m in this state I prefer not to be myne own meditation facilitator because it’s easier to say “Foegedaboudit!” when one is facilitating oneself. Perhaps figure a way to do a full 5 minutes instead of a little over 3 minutes. But great, nonetheless. Thank you.
