Hello dear family and welcome to this Abundance Manifestation exercise.
The intention of this exercise is to help you clear pathways in order to be able to directly connect with what it is you need and what you want.
You see,
We are all here destined for greatness.
We all deserve to have the abundance that allows for us to thrive,
That allows for us to live a life that we enjoy,
That we love to live,
And that we love to share with others.
You see,
If we're not already here living this life,
It's just because there's some limitations that are in our way.
And whether those limitations are in our physical realm,
Our mental realm,
Or in our spiritual realm,
There are practices that we can do to free up these limitations and to create a clear and defined pathway toward manifesting the abundance,
The beauty,
The love,
The joy,
The peace,
The bliss that we so so so deserve.
So I'm really really excited to share this all with you.
First things first,
We're going to go ahead and begin by writing some things down.
What are we writing down?
We're going to write down any limiting beliefs that come up.
Whenever we visualize and think about and feel the abundance that we want to create in our life,
Whether that's a romantic relationship,
More money,
More community,
More nature,
Whatever it is,
I invite you to feel into it,
To think about it,
And to feel yourself there with it.
Take your time and breathe deep into the belly and just feel yourself there with it.
And now notice how your body feels.
Is your body resisting or is your body softening and relaxing?
If your body is softening and relaxing,
That's great.
Then you have a clear channel.
If your body is resisting,
Then there's some limitations,
Right?
And that's okay.
I invite you to feel into what these limitations are.
Oftentimes for people,
They are not being worthy enough for the abundance,
Not deserving the abundance.
Why would I have this abundance when other people don't?
The mind and the ego can come up with so many reasons why we don't deserve to live a beautiful abundant life.
So whatever is coming up for you right now,
If you're feeling resistance,
Write that down in detail.
This is the practice.
This is the process.
Write it down in detail so that you can take whatever limitations are within you and you can put them onto paper for you to look at and observe.
Beautiful.
You don't have to do all of this right now,
But this is something that you're going to do for day one,
Okay?
So once you write these limiting beliefs or limitations down,
Take your time with this,
By the way.
And once you do this,
We're going to tie these limiting beliefs,
These limitations back to any potential memory where they come from.
Oftentimes,
Our parents have a very large influence on us.
Oftentimes,
They may say,
Money's tight.
We don't money's tight.
We don't have money for that.
Or you can't have that because you have siblings,
Right?
And we have to pay for all the kids.
Or you got hand-me-downs and you couldn't get the clothes that you wanted,
Whatever it is.
These experiences,
These things you were told,
These things you felt from childhood,
Believe and recognize that they're affecting you today.
And if they are affecting you today,
That's perfectly okay.
Our awareness of our limitations and limiting beliefs and where they come from allow for us to move beyond them.
So now that we've written down our limiting beliefs or our limitations,
And now we're tying them back to an experience or memory from childhood,
And you can finish this later today,
You can really take time to meditate on this and do this practice,
Which I recommend.
Now I invite you,
Going forward,
I invite you to go ahead and reconnect with this memory and this experience from childhood that led to this limiting belief.
And I want you to breathe deep and feel whatever feelings are there.
And then from there,
I invite you to smile and recognize that you are the creator of your reality.
Go ahead and erase this memory like you would erase marker off of a whiteboard.
And as you erase this memory,
It creates a white blank canvas for you to paint a new memory on.
And I invite you now to paint the opposite of the experience you had.
In other words,
You're going to be painting and creating an image,
A scene,
A memory in which there was beautiful abundance,
Beautiful abundance.
You received exactly what you needed.
Your parents or your family members were excited to share it with you and share the abundance that they've created for themselves with you.
You felt so held,
You felt so nurtured,
And you felt so abundant.
I invite you now to allow for this memory to come to life,
To allow this vision to come to life.
And notice what the people around you are doing,
What do you see?
What do you hear?
Do you see people smiling?
Do you hear them laughing?
Do you hear their good energy?
Do you feel it?
Breathe into this.
Breathe into the energy.
Rest into the energy.
You're doing great.
Beautiful.
I invite you to continue with this process and just allow for this new memory to be the memory.
Feel it in your body and breathe it all the way through your body,
Down to the tips of your toes,
All the way up to the crown of the head.
This is you being the conscious creator of your reality.
You creating the new blueprint of abundance in which you seek.
You have the power to do this and it's an honor to do this with you here and now.
You're going to continue to go through each limiting belief or limitation and each memory or experience associated with those limiting beliefs and limitations.
And you're going to rewrite that memory by erasing it,
Creating a blank canvas,
And painting something new,
Painting something fresh that feels abundant and beautiful to you.
Once you do that,
You're going to breathe that energy throughout your entire body.
You are going to notice what you see,
What you hear,
What you feel,
What you smell,
Everything about it,
What you taste.
Engage the senses and make the memory the new reality in your mind and heart.
Go ahead and continue this practice now as you just listen to the music and allow the music to be a gentle supporter for you in this practice.
