Hello everybody and welcome to this guided dynamic breath flow.
In this breath work session we are going to be doing dynamic breath work in which we're gonna be breathing in and out through the mouth sounding like this.
Fully inhaling and then letting the breath go.
From here we are going to be doing breath holds in which we will first let all the breath go and hold the breath with no air in the lungs.
Then we'll take a deep breath in through the nose filling up all the way and holding our breath on the inhale.
From there we'll sigh the breath out and that will be one round.
We'll do three rounds in total so get ready to rock and roll.
Go ahead and sit up into a nice comfortable position or go ahead and lie down and prepare to do dynamic breath work.
Be sure to listen to my breath and to listen to my cues and just follow along and the rest will take care of itself.

Breathing in and out through the mouth we'll take our first breath in.
