Hello everybody and welcome to this guided dynamic breath flow.

In this breath work session we are going to be doing dynamic breath work in which we're gonna be breathing in and out through the mouth sounding like this.

Fully inhaling and then letting the breath go.

From here we are going to be doing breath holds in which we will first let all the breath go and hold the breath with no air in the lungs.

Then we'll take a deep breath in through the nose filling up all the way and holding our breath on the inhale.

From there we'll sigh the breath out and that will be one round.

We'll do three rounds in total so get ready to rock and roll.

Go ahead and sit up into a nice comfortable position or go ahead and lie down and prepare to do dynamic breath work.

Be sure to listen to my breath and to listen to my cues and just follow along and the rest will take care of itself.

Without further ado let's go ahead and dive in to this dynamic breath work flow.

Breathing in and out through the mouth we'll take our first breath in.

In three,

Two,

And let the music inspire you.

Getting ready for our first breath hold.

Big breath in.

Filling up all the way.

Inside the breath out.

Empty out.

Fully and completely hold the breath and be still.

Preparing to take a deep breath in through the nose we'll take a deep breath in together.

In three,

Two,

And.

Fill up all the way.

Holding the breath.

Pull the shoulders back.

Feel the rhythm of the music.

Feel the rhythm of your heartbeat.

Here we go.

Feel your energy expanding.

Feel your heart opening.

Getting ready to sigh the breath out together.

In three,

Two,

And let it go.

Fully relaxing into this moment.

Taking a nice deep recovery breath in.

And let it go.

Reconnecting to the breath.

Finding your balance and getting ready for round two.

As we'll breathe in and out through the mouth.

Beginning in three,

Two,

Getting ready for our first breath hold.

Breath in.

Filling up all the way.

Inside the breath out.

Empty out.

And hold your breath.

You can do more than you think you can.

Going beyond your limits.

Preparing to take a deep breath in through the nose.

We'll take a deep breath in together.

In three,

And.

Fill up all the way.

Holding the breath.

Pull the shoulders back.

Feel the rhythm of the music.

Feel the rhythm of your heartbeat.

Here we go.

Feel your destiny.

Feel your power.

Getting ready to sigh the breath out together.

Taking a nice deep recovery breath in.

And let it go.

Getting into a comfortable position and getting ready.

Finding our balance and preparing ourselves for round three.

As we breathe in and out through the mouth.

Give it everything you've got.

All the way in and sigh it out.

Breathe all.

You are so much greater than you can possibly imagine.

Feel that belief.

Feel the prana in your body.

Feel the mother earth underneath you.

Connecting to the ocean.

To the rivers.

The beautiful mother earth.

Thank you for this practice. I am a flat on the mat eye mask on practitioner who likes to challenge my breath. I found this stimulating to the point of adding 5 minutes 11 seconds to the clock in bliss after the music stopped. Thank you 🙏🙏
