Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.

I'm your host,

Vin Holt.

And in this meditation,

We will be practicing a beautiful practice of neuro-linguistic programming.

Through our intention,

Visualization,

And our breath,

We will be bringing deep healing and relaxation to the body,

Mind,

And spirit.

To begin this practice,

I invite you to connect with a beautiful memory,

One where you are with people you love in a place that is so beautiful.

You're doing your favorite things here in this place with your favorite people.

If you have trouble creating this memory or bringing yourself back to it,

Then you can create your optimal experience within your mind.

Allow yourself to be in a magical location with the coolest people you know having so much fun,

Feeling a deep sense of joy,

Pleasure,

Connection,

Contentment,

Satisfaction,

And abundance.

Breathing deep through the nose as you connect with this visualization.

Once you are connected with this visualization and you can see it clearly,

Allow yourself to feel the feelings,

To smell the smells,

To experience all the sensations that are associated with this experience,

With the visualization that you are now completely immersed in in this moment.

What do you hear?

What do you see?

What do you feel?

Each and every breath breathing deeply into the belly,

Filling up the chest and head as well,

And exhaling.

Every breath taking you deeper and deeper into this visualization.

Now,

I invite you to notice the colors associated with this visualization,

With either this memory or this creation in your mind and heart.

I invite you to notice what colors are around and to choose a dominant color.

It can be one,

Two,

Or three colors.

Notice the colors that make you feel most connected with this visualization.

Five.

Once you have the colors,

I invite you to allow them to move around and within you.

And with each deep breath you take through your nose,

Breathe the colors into your body,

Breathing them into the head,

And allowing them to swirl and expand in the chest and the belly.

With each exhale these colors blast through the body,

Washing each and every cell and the beautiful energy connected to your visualization.

As you breathe these colors through the body,

I invite you to allow each and every cell to open up and receive the beautiful healing and satisfying energy that these colors emit.

Breathing the colors in and expanding them out.

Allowing the colors to flow through the neck and the shoulders,

Into the chest,

Into the arms and the forearms,

Down into the fingertips with each and every breath.

Moving down into the belly and the hips,

Further down into the groin,

Into your bottom.

Moving down into the thighs,

Through the kneecaps,

Through the shins and the calves,

Down into the feet,

Into the very tips of your toes.

With each and every breath,

Allowing the colors to baptize and wash each and every cell in the body.

And as each cell is washed,

It feels a deep sense of relief,

A deep sense of relaxation and letting go.

A deep sense of peace.

Each and every cell relaxing more and more deeply as you breathe these colors through the body.

Swirling in on your inhale and expanding to every part of the body on your exhale.

Continuing to breathe nice and slow.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing in and out.
