Welcome everybody to immune boosting breath work.
Before we get started I invite you to lie down in a comfortable position or to sit upright with your legs crossed and your back straight.
During this exercise we'll be doing 50 deep breaths in through the mouth and released through the mouth.
Don't push the air out.
From there we'll do one full exhale breathing all of the air out and we'll hold the breath for one minute.
Then we'll take one big inhale through the nose filling the belly,
The chest,
And the head.
From here we will squeeze the abs,
The fist,
The arms,
And the mudra bandha for 10 seconds.
We will then release the squeeze and continue to hold the breath for 45 seconds.
And then slowly release the breath through the nose.
If you're confused don't worry.
I'll be guiding you through the entire process.
If at any time you want to hold your breath longer during the retentions feel free to pause the video and do so and then continue on where you left off.
With that being said let's take a couple of deep breaths before we get started.
