Funky friends?

Welcome to this breathwork experience.

My name is Ben Holtz.

I'm going to be guiding you through this Funkadelic breath flow.

So,

First and foremost,

We are going to be breathing in and out.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth at first,

And then we'll transition to in and out through the mouth.

All you got to do is listen for my cues and follow my breath.

The rest will take care of itself,

My friend.

So,

Enjoy this funky breath flow.

As we prepare to take our first breath in through the nose,

I invite you to sit up nice and tall or lay down flat.

All right,

Here we go.

We're gonna take our first breath in through the nose in three,

Two,

In,

Out.

In and out through the mouth now.

In,

Out.

Last big breath in.

Fill up all the way and sigh the breath out.

Get ready to take a deep breath in through the nose in three,

Two,

One.

Big breath in.

Hold the breath.

We're gonna sigh the breath out in three,

Two,

One.

Take a nice recovery breath in and let it go.

Deep breath in and let it go.

Getting ready for our next round.

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth in three,

Two,

In,

Out.

In and out through the mouth now.

In,

Out.

Last big breath in.

Fill up all the way and sigh the breath out.
