I'm going to be guiding you through this Funkadelic breath flow.

We are going to be breathing in and out.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth at first,
And then we'll transition to in and out through the mouth.
All you got to do is listen for my cues and follow my breath.
The rest will take care of itself,

As we prepare to take our first breath in through the nose,

Fill up all the way and sigh the breath out.
