Hello everyone and welcome to this euphoric DMT breathing experience.

My name is Ben Holtz and it's an honor to have you here.

If it's your first time doing euphoric breath work with me then welcome.

This is going to be a beautiful and powerful experience in which we are going to access the endogenous DMT,

Also known as the spirit molecule,

That is within every single one of us.

Now we are going to do this by certain breath patterns that we're going to breathe together in and out through the mouth and then eventually we are going to take a nice deep breath in,

Hold it,

And we're going to be squeezing the arms,

The legs,

The abs,

The face,

And the perineum.

And through this experience we're going to be moving cerebral spinal fluid up the spine naturally,

Easily,

And effortlessly.

And in doing this we will eventually get to the point in which our pineal gland is releasing endogenous DMT,

Which can create a very mystical experience.

This is an experience that will allow you to sink deep into your breath and your body and the music track that you're hearing now.

So go ahead and get into a nice comfortable lying position and get ready to do euphoric breathing with me.

I'll take a moment here to go ahead and just play some music while you get into a nice comfortable lying position.

Alright,

Now that we're in a nice cozy lying position we're gonna go ahead and get started.

First,

Let's take a nice deep breath in through the nose,

Inside out.

Let's take another deep breath in,

And let it go.

And one more deep breath.

And we're ready to begin.

Be sure to just follow my breathing,

As we'll be breathing in and out through the mouth.

And I will guide you every step of the way.

We'll begin breathing in through the mouth in three,

Two,

One.

Last big breath in,

Fill up all the way.

Thanks for this meditation. Just two ideas in case that helps: we need more advanced meditations here. I hold me breath until your second part is over and then I do the third one. Then I need to go back and do that one more time, it's too short for my present stage. Obviously I'm not unique, so.... The other thing is that I can't hear when you change to double time. I just start with the music changes. It's a good cue. I understand that it's trippy to use that delay and reverb in your voice, but the mix gets a bit confusing. Anyway, my suggestions, no big deal. 🙂 Thanks again, it's very helpful
