Hello everyone and welcome to this guided breathwork journey.

My name is Ben Holtz in collaboration with Alchemy Sound.

In this breathwork journey we are going to be breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth at different paces and different rhythms.

All you have to do is follow my breath and listen for my instruction and you'll do fine.

Also go ahead and get into a nice comfortable position either sitting up or lying down.

I invite you to go ahead and lie down if you're new to breathwork and if you're a regular breath worker you can go ahead and sit up nice and tall just make sure your space is nice and safe.

With that being said let's go ahead and prepare to dive in.

First we're gonna start by taking a deep breath in through the nose all the way in and sigh through the mouth.

One more deep breath in filling up all the way,

Belly,

Chest and head and sigh it out.

Get ready to begin breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth following my lead in three,

Two,

One.

Getting ready to slow down the breath in three,

Two,

One.

Fill,

Fill,

Fill.

You could do more than you think you can.

Keep going.

Get ready to take a deep breath in through the nose in three,

Two,

One.

Hold your breath and take a deep recovery breath in.

We'll begin round two.

You can do so much more than you think you can.

Feel your presence,

Feel your awareness,

Feel the unity with all that is.

Get ready to take a deep breath in through the nose in three,

Two,

One.

Hold your breath.

Feel the rhythm.

Thank you everyone for diving into this beautiful breathwork journey with us today.

My name is Ben Holt and in collaboration with Alchemy Sound we thank you.

Go ahead and rest,

Relax and meditate for a while.

Enjoy the rest of your day.

May it be beautiful,

May be blessed and namaste.

Excellent session... Not great for a beginner but having completed some of your other sessions, I felt in tune and never lost. I did practice at night and would like to try again earlier in the day as the music is so upbeat and energizing. Thank you for this practice.

That was an amazing and short and to the point practice. The combination with the music gave such fulfilling energy. Thank you

A great short practice that gets straight to the point. I’ll use it for releasing excess energy to help regulate my nervous system, or to build fresh, grounded energy. Thank you! 🙏
