Hello everyone and welcome to this guided breathwork experience.
My name is Ben Holtz and in today's breathwork session,
We are going to be doing a shortened version of dynamic breathwork.
This session is going to be shorter than traditional dynamic breathwork flows.
So if you've done dynamic breathwork with me before,
Then this is going to be a nice and shortened version.
It's going to allow us to access the beautiful sensations and optimizations that breathwork,
Especially dynamic breathwork provide us in a shorter amount of time.
I will guide you every step of the way.
So all you have to do is listen to my cues and listen to my breath as I'm going to be guiding and cuing you on when to breathe,
How to breathe and when to do breath holds.
So without further ado,
Let's go ahead and get into it.
First things first,
If you ever get lightheaded,
Then I invite you to go ahead and lie down at this moment,
Get into a nice comfortable lying position.
If not,
And you've done breathwork multiple times before,
Then you should be fine sitting up.
All right,
Everyone,
Let's go ahead and take a nice deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Beautiful.
Let's take another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
One more deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Excellent.
We'll begin breathing in and out through the mouth,
Doing dynamic breathwork in 3,
2,
1.
Let it go.
Get ready to take a deep breath in through the nose in 3,
2,
1.
Filling up all the way,
Chest up,
Shoulders back.
Hold your breath.
Now sip a little more breath in.
Beautiful.
Take a nice recovery breath in and let it go.
As we prepare for round 2,
Dynamic breathwork in 3,
2,
1.
Let it go.
Get ready to take a deep breath in through the nose in 3,
2,
1.
Chest up,
Shoulders back.
Hold your breath.
Now sip a little more breath in.
We'll release the breath in 3,

Take a nice recovery breath in and let it go.
