Hello everyone and welcome to this guided breathwork experience.

My name is Ben Holt and in today's breathwork flow,

We are combining beginner dynamic breathwork with empowered breathing.

This is going to,

This combination rather is going to really combine together to create an optimal breathwork experience so that you feel optimized,

Complete,

Connected,

And empowered throughout the entire rest of your day.

Use this technique in the morning or anytime you need a pick me up.

Looking forward to you enjoying this beautiful combination of breathwork practices and I will see you on the other side.

Peace.

Hello everyone and welcome to dynamic breathwork.

This breathwork flow today is brought to you by Awaken the Breath.

In today's dynamic breathwork flow,

We are going to be doing two rounds of dynamic breathwork.

So this will be a shortened,

More condensed version of the original dynamic breathwork video.

Such a pleasure to be here to do dynamic breathwork with you all.

This breathwork practice has been instrumental in changing the lives of thousands and it's really proven to be the most complete and well-rounded and dynamic breathwork practice that we have discovered here at Awaken the Breath.

So to do dynamic breathwork,

We need to be sitting up straight and tall or lying down.

Whenever we're sitting up,

Our feet need to be flat and our spine very erect.

We need to be sitting in an area where there's safety around us.

There's blankets,

Pillows,

Just in case we need to lay down.

But if you're lying down,

I invite you to use an eye mask as well.

Closing the eyes and just relaxing,

Whether you're on the bed or a yoga mat,

It doesn't really matter,

Just as long as you're comfortable.

Dynamic breathwork is a four-step breathwork practice.

The first step is 40 controlled hyperventilated breaths that sound like this.

We're inhaling as much breath as we can in,

As much oxygen as we can in all the way,

Filling up the lungs all the way,

And relaxing the breath out.

And we're doing that through the mouth.

The next step is a big inhale and then an exhale.

You see,

We take a big inhale in on our last breath and we sigh the breath out.

Right at the end of that sigh,

We're going to hold the breath for about a minute to a minute and a half.

After that,

We're going to take a big,

Deep breath in through the nose,

Tongue to the roof of the mouth so we can do this inhale with a really powerful force.

Sounds like this.

Filling up the lungs,

The belly,

The chest,

All the way.

We want to fill up all the way,

Breathing deep,

Deep,

Deep into the nose.

After that,

We're going to hold the breath for about another minute.

And after that minute passes,

We're going to alm the breath out together.

Oh,

Just like that.

So the four steps,

40 controlled hyperventilated breaths,

A big inhale,

And then sigh the breath out.

Then we hold the breath after the exhale.

Then we're going to take a deep,

Deep breath in through the nose.

We're going to hold the breath for about another minute.

During this last breath hold,

In the middle of the breath hold,

I'm going to instruct you to sip a little more air in,

And you'll do that through your mouth,

Sounding like this.

This is so we can fill up the lungs even more.

We want to stretch the lungs and create more lung capacity.

If you're interested in why dynamic breath work is so good for us,

Then I invite you to look up the benefits of Wim Hof breathing,

And it will share everything that you need to know right there,

Including how much it helps with inflammation,

How much it increases lung capacity,

How it's incredible for defending our bodies against disease and virus,

You name it.

Dynamic breath work is incredible.

So I'm very excited to be practicing it with you today,

And in just a moment,

We're going to begin.

So go ahead and get nice and comfortable,

Whether you're sitting up or lying down.

Go ahead and pause this video if you need to,

And go ahead and get in a comfortable position.

Great.

Now that you're in a comfortable position,

Let's go ahead and begin.

We're going to start by taking nice deep breaths through the nose,

Sighing them out through the mouth,

Allowing your exhale to be nice and vocal.

Deep breath in.

Beautiful.

And you're going to follow my lead.

I'll coach you through the entire experience,

And you'll breathe with my breath.

You have accomplished dynamic breath work today.

It's been an honor to serve.

Hello,

Everyone,

And welcome to this empowered breath work meditation.

My name is Ben Holt,

And this breath work flow is brought to you by Awaken Breath.

I invite you to take a moment to relax completely.

Whether you're sitting up or lying down,

Go ahead and get nice and comfortable.

Great.

Now take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling up your belly,

Chest,

And head.

Hold it at the top.

Open your mouth and sigh it out.

Again,

Deep breath in through the nose.

Hold it.

Open the mouth and sigh it out.

Slowly breathing in through the nose,

Deep into the belly,

A beautiful golden light.

Feeling this light filling up the lungs all the way.

And slowly releasing through the nose.

The light back into the room.

Again,

Breathing deeply in.

Nice and slow.

Filling up with this beautiful golden light.

And letting it go.

As you breathe slowly,

Allow for this golden light to fill up your entire body.

To wash and cleanse each and every cell.

To heal any wounds that need healing.

Allow the light to fill up your head,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your belly,

Your upper and lower back.

Your upper arms,

Your shoulders,

All the way down to your fingertips.

Your waist.

Your hips.

Your bottom.

Filling up your thighs.

All the way down to the knees and the back of the knees.

Down the shins.

Down the calves.

All the way down to the tips of the toes.

Allowing for this golden light to come in with the breath.

And out with the breath.

Slowing the breath down.

Now I invite you as you breathe to recognize just how much of a miracle you are.

The likelihood of you being here on this beautiful planet is so low.

But here you are.

You are here to share your gifts.

You are here to bring a unique magic to the world.

You are not here by chance.

You are here for a reason.

I invite you to tell yourself in this moment right now that I am beautiful.

I am unique.

I am here to share my magic.

I am here to bring more love to the world.

I am beautiful.

I am unique.

I am here to share my magic.

Don't ever forget my friend.

Just how beautiful,

Powerful,

And magical you truly are.

Deep within your heart.

It is not by chance that you are here.

You are here for a very special reason.

To share your unique gifts.

And to bring more love to this world.

Thank you for being here.

Thank you for being you.

And thank you for everything you do and will do for humanity.

Namaste.

I really loved it, especially the dynamic breathwork but I didn't realize it is 2 separate meditations. When the second one began it took me out of the deep place i was in after the breathwork but I was able to refocus. Beautiful meditations though!
