Hello everyone and welcome to DMT Breathing.
In this breathwork flow today we are going to be exploring the deeper realms of our consciousness,
The deeper realms of who we truly are.
We're going to be quieting down the thinking mind and really allowing it to dissolve so that we can rest and relax in the open spacious emptiness of the void of our consciousness.
This is a beautiful place to be and a beautiful experience.
Through this breathing practice we are going to be releasing endogenous DMT,
Dimethyltryptamine,
That's within our lungs and within our healthy pineal gland.
As we release this chemical it will create a state change and we'll experience a non-ordinary state.
This is a similar state to what we'd experience during a plant medicine ceremony or during a deeper sonic neural breathwork experience for example.
This is not to be taken lightly and if you're new to breathwork then this might not be the best breathwork practice for you but I invite you to practice and try it and enjoy it nonetheless.
Just make sure you're lying down and if you're a breathwork veteran you can do this sitting up.
Just make sure everything around you is very safe and the off chance that you could pass out.
So in order to do this breathwork practice we are going to take 12 deep breaths in through the nose and sigh it out through the mouth.
In and sigh it out.
Just like that.
And on our 12th breath instead of inhaling through the nose we'll inhale through the mouth and we'll hold the breath and squeeze our fists,
Squeeze our arms,
Our calves,
Our legs,
Push our tongue to the roof of the mouth and even roll our eyes up to the third eye squeezing our whole body for eight seconds.
After eight seconds we'll release the squeeze and we'll continue to hold the breath and we'll relax in the spacious emptiness.
The beautiful peace and bliss that comes from this is really amazing and I can't wait for you to experience it.
Again we're taking 12 breaths in through the nose,
Sigh it out through the mouth and on our 12th breath take a deep breath into the mouth,
Hold it and squeeze all of the muscles.
After eight seconds we'll release the squeeze and we'll continue to hold the breath and eventually release that breath through the mouth with pursed lips sounding like this.
From there we'll take a nice recovery breath in and sigh it out.
Alright so we're gonna do multiple rounds of this breathwork and if it ever feels overwhelming or super uncomfortable just relax and take deep breaths in and out through the nose you will be totally fine I promise you.
Alright we're gonna jump straight into it so go ahead and lie down and get into a nice comfortable position.
I can't wait for you to experience this beautiful practice.
Without further ado let's get into DMT breathing.
Alright I invite you to take a deep breath in through the nose,
Open the mouth and sigh it out.
Deep breath in,
Sigh it out.
Remember that we're breathing in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth and on the 12th breath we'll take a big deep breath in through the mouth,
Holding the breath and squeezing all the muscles for eight seconds.
Then we release the squeeze,
Hold the breath and after a few more seconds we'll exhale the breath out with pursed lips sounding like this.
Okay here we go we're going to begin in three two one big breath in and exhale in through the nose out through the mouth you're doing great keep going three two last one in through the mouth big deep breath in hold it and squeeze squeeze squeeze squeeze all of the muscles release the squeeze hold your breath and enjoy.
Release the breath through the mouth in three two great work everyone we're going to begin round two in three two one breath in inhale exhale in through the nose out through the mouth three two last one in through the mouth deep breath in and hold squeeze the muscles push the tongue to the roof of the mouth squeeze every muscle in the body release the squeeze hold the breath going to release the breath slowly through the mouth in three two deep breath in great work we're going to begin round three in five four three two one big breath in inhale exhale three two in through the mouth big deep breath in hold it and squeeze the muscles release the squeeze hold the breath and enjoy.
We're going to release the breath through the mouth in three two one I'll take a deep breath in and let it go we're going to begin round four and five four three two one big breath in and let it go.
In through the nose out through the mouth three two in through the mouth big breath in and hold it.
