Hello and welcome everyone to this guided sleep meditation.

We are going to be relaxing and dropping into a very deeply relaxed state of being in order to get a beautiful restful night's sleep.

So go ahead and find a comfortable position in your bed,

Closing your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax and let go of the day's tensions.

Picture yourself floating on a soft billowy cloud high above the world.

Feel the gentle support of the cloud beneath you providing a sense of weightlessness,

Emptiness and fullness all at the same time.

You feel light,

Airy,

Fully supported in your bed.

As you breathe deeply imagine the cloud drifting effortlessly through the sky.

Picture the stars twinkling above you as you peacefully journey among the cloud.

With each inhale draw in the cool night air and with each exhale release any residual tension,

Thoughts or tightness into the vastness of the sky.

Allow the soothing motions of the clouds and the tranquil night sky to lull you into a deep state of relaxation.

Continuing to breathe slowly and naturally letting the peaceful imagery guide you into a restful deep.

Noticing the clouds as they gently float by,

How they effortlessly relax into the night sky.

Just seeing the clouds makes you feel lighter,

More relaxed,

More peaceful,

More at ease.

With every cloud floating by you feel yourself floating away into a deep restful sleep.

With each inhale you breathe in the cool night air and with each exhale you let go of any tension and any tightness in the body.

Becoming fully and completely.

Allowing yourself to relax even deeper with every exhale as you melt into the bed.

Floating,

Beautiful,

Garland sky.

You feel supported,

Nurtured and safe.

With each inhale and with each exhale you are able to let go of the day more and more.

Feeling more and more ease,

Relaxation and peace.

As your breath becomes more gentle and more relaxed,

You gently fade into a deep rest.

It's okay to rest now.

It's okay to sleep.

You can let go of the day and just ease into a deep restful.

Noticing yourself become more and more sleepy.

More with each passing moment,

With each passing cloud,
