Hello and welcome to today's breathing session.

My name is Ben Holtz and I'm going to be guiding us through this session today.

We will be doing three rounds using two styles of breath work.

Breath of fire will sound like this.

And alkaline breathing sounds like this.

So listen for the sounds of my breath.

Let's get started now with breath of fire in three,

Two,

One,

Breathe.

We'll start alkaline breathing now.

Let it go.

And let it go.

Good.

Fully inhale.

Inside the breath out.

Get ready to double time.

Now in,

Out,

In,

Out,

In,

Out,

In,

Out.

Doing great.

Keep going.

And take a full breath in.

Inside out.

Hold your breath.

Completely relaxed.

Feel the music in your body.

Feel your prana.

We'll take a deep breath in.

Three,

Two,

One.

And hold the breath.

And big exhale.

Return now to normal breathing.

Nice in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Getting ready for our next round.

Deep breath in through the nose.

Inside out.

Good.

We'll begin breath of fire in three,

Two,

One,

Begin.

We'll start alkaline breathing now.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Beautiful.

Inhale.

Exhale.

You're doing great.

Keep going.

And let it go.

Deep breath and let it go.

Breathing in and out through the mouth.
