This meditation is inviting our awareness to open to the Holy Spirit,
The Comforter,
The Counselor,
The Grace,
The Sacred Breath,
The very Breath of God.
Where one small drop of this holy essence can heal us,
Open us,
Soften us,
And strengthen us,
Transform us,
And bless us.
If that is,
We let it in.
To begin to open our heart and let the Holy Spirit in,
Let's place our hands on our heart center.
The simple act of your hands on your heart offers your body an opportunity to relax even deeper.
From breathing in and out,
Through our hands,
And into our heart.
Now if you will imagine a golden circle surrounding your heart center.
And in the middle of this golden circle,
In the very center of your heart,
Is a crystalline light.
The crystalline core of your heart is your target point,
Is where you're going to be focusing your breath and inviting in the Holy Spirit.
This is your portal,
Your open door.
This is where your field resides.
This is where you plant your mustard seed.
So you can become a mighty tree of divine presence.
So as we inhale into the center of our heart,
Into that crystalline core,
We're going to silently repeat,
Come Holy Spirit.
And as you exhale,
Silently repeat,
Unfold the kingdom within now.
And you say,
Come Holy Spirit,
You are not only welcoming,
But you're acknowledging,
You're summoning the power of the highest to enter into you.
And when you say,
Unfold the kingdom within now,
You're inviting this divine presence to awaken you,
To literally birth your divine identity.
So you can unfurl your soul here into the world.
So let's begin.
Let's open the doors of our heart.
Jump into that power that is waiting for you to invite it in.
