
Guided Empowerment Meditation

Transcript
When you're ready,
Get comfortable and take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Take another deep breath in and breathe out.
Just allow yourself to focus on your breath and allow the breath to help you to release any tension or responsibilities,
Any stress,
Anxieties,
The busyness of the day.
Just let it go on the exhale.
Right now,
It's about getting to that calm,
Peaceful state,
Releasing all the external stuff and getting connected to your inner self.
Breathing in and out.
Breathing in and out.
And really allowing yourself to focus on the breath and your intention for this meditation is to let go of everything that doesn't serve you and to feel the empowerment of everything that serves you,
Body,
Mind and spirit.
So just focus on your breath,
Observing your breath,
Becoming one with your breath and just feel the rhythm of your breath at your own pace.
Sometimes all we need to do is observe the breath,
Listen to it,
Follow the rhythm of it and that slows down the thoughts,
The distractions and helps us to relax and get into that calm,
Peaceful state.
So as I go quiet just for a little while,
Just continue inhaling and exhaling at your own pace and allowing your body to completely relax.
Just continue inhaling and exhaling.
Feeling all the tension release from your mind,
Feeling your scalp relax,
Your eyes relax,
Feeling the tension release from your jawline,
Your face,
Your neck,
Down to your shoulders with each breath,
Just feel the relaxation of your body,
Your arms,
Your fingers,
Feel the tension release from your chest down to your abdominals and allowing the breath to release any anxieties or any tension within.
Feeling tension from your pelvic area,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Down through to your calves,
Your ankles and out through the soles of your feet.
Just feel your body becoming heavy and relaxed as you continue inhaling and exhaling,
Inhaling and exhaling.
Now I want you to think about some memory of something good,
Something that made you smile this year,
Some good news,
An experience,
Special time with loved ones,
Work changes,
Relationship changes,
Anything that was good,
That was positive in your life recently.
Allow those thoughts to come to your mind.
Just see them clearly and connect with a feeling of how good they made you feel,
The remembrance of the feeling of being with those people or making changes in your life.
New routines,
New hobbies,
New home,
Whatever it may be,
Just the good.
Maybe it was just a small thing,
Decorating the home,
Being able to have a break,
Whatever it may be,
Spending more time with loved ones.
Just allow that feeling to envelop you,
To fill your heart up.
Feel the joy and the happiness within you.
Connect to that feeling.
Let that feeling energise you within.
See those faces of those loved ones you spent time with.
How did it feel making certain transformations in your life this year?
How did it feel just getting some time for yourself?
Whatever it may be,
See it at the forefront of your mind and feel the energy of how it made you feel.
The completion of a project,
Meeting new people,
Making new contacts,
Getting to know people better and getting to,
Getting to know them more,
Getting closer.
Or even maybe a certain book that you read inspired you.
Connect to that emotion of feeling good as you relive that memory and bring back those emotions of how good you felt.
Allow your heart to connect to those emotions.
Allow it to fill your heart.
Lift your spirit from within.
Embrace that feeling.
And as I go quiet,
Open yourself up to even more memories if they come in.
What other great things have lifted your soul,
Lifted your spirits,
Empowered you,
Connected to the emotion and feel the energy?

Feel that connection with those who are in your vision,
Those that shared in your joy,
Those that shared in your joy.
Feel the love in your heart and embrace it.
Feel the unity,
Love and energy from this vision.
Take all the good things from it and let it fill your heart with joy.

And as you feel that connection to the vision,
I want you to really connect to the emotion of how good it feels.
Connect to that feeling of lifting your inner soul up.
Life is about experiences.
Life is about joy.
Life is about taking the good stuff and making it work for you and embracing it and continuing in that joy through the rest of life's journey.
I want you to take this emotion of feeling good,
Embracing it and allowing it to empower you.
What are the positives?
What are the positives that you gain from the positive memories you've had?
Allow those feelings to take over.
Let them empower you.
Let them fill you up.
Let them bring joy to your heart,
Peace,
Happiness,
Love,
Energy.
Yes,
There may be memories,
But that doesn't mean you can't take away the feeling and keep it with you.
You can't utilise the emotions and take it into your present end future.
Embrace it all.
Feel the emotions and allow it to connect fully in your heart as you keep it in the present.
No matter what uncertainties,
Doubts,
Heavy energy is around,
These emotions are what lifts you through.
These emotions are what gives you strength.
These emotions give you hope to know that just as this year you can keep on making positive memories with loved ones on your own,
Through transitions in life,
Whatever it may be,
There are always positives.
Feel that connection and bring it into your present and allow your heart to open up.
Allow your heart to open up and take it all in.
Yes,
There may be memories,
But that doesn't mean you can't I was your love I was your last,
Again And now feel the love for yourself.
Be grateful for those special moments.
And be grateful for giving yourself those special moments.
For opening yourself up to these memories.
Allow the power of gratitude.
And allow the power of self-love and appreciation for your part in the memories.
For your connection to those around you.
For the joy that you have allowed to come to you.
You play a part in creating these memories too.
So be thankful for you.
Be thankful for all that you've given to yourself.
Embrace that and let it empower you mind,
Body and spirit.
Allow yourself to receive the gift of love,
Peace,
Calm,
Happiness,
Excitement,
Transformation.
Whatever you have experienced that was good.
Be thankful.
Now quietly to yourself.
Just repeat these words.

And really connect to those words in your heart,
In your mind,
In your body.
Feel the empowerment of being grateful,
Not only for the memories,
But for who you are and the part you played in creating these memories.
Now focus on your heart centre and feel that connection to love and gratitude for those around you and for yourself.
If you feel inclined to place your hand on your heart,
You may do so,
But just connect to that feeling of love and gratitude for everyone around you and especially for yourself.
Knowing that,

You can create more positive memories that will lift you up and give you the strength to move past any hurdles,
Any stress,
Any anxiety.
It's okay.
You've got this.
Wherever you go with a heart of gratitude and love,
You can overcome all hurdles.
Just feel that connection in your heart,
Breathing into it and exhaling.
In the gratitude,
Feeling the love.
With love,
And now,
Slowly taking your focus off your heart,
Coming back to your breath,
Just observing the breath.
Slowly begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Becoming aware of your surroundings.
And taking a deep breath in and out.
Take another deep breath in and out.
And take one more deep breath in and out.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes.
