Meditation Timer OnlineMary, a.k.a Coach Emme Elle, is a Menopause Doula, yoga, mindfulness, and meditation guide, and women’s strength coach who supports people navigating change—physically, emotionally, and mentally. As a facilitator with the Love Your Brain Foundation and a retired military member living with PTSD and multiple concussions, she brings lived experience and a trauma-informed approach to everything she offers. Her work weaves together mindfulness, movement, and nervous system awareness to help both women and men feel more at home in their bodies and more steady in their minds. Through her menopause coaching experience, she helps individuals gain strength, clarity and confidence, helping reframe the midlife transiton to one of self advocacy and empowerment. Her extensive focus on nervous system regulation is designed to support both brain health and emotional resilience during times of change. Her work blends neuroscience, somatic awareness, and grounded mindfulness practices to help you reconnect with yourself and step into this phase of life with calm authority and clarity. Mary is also the host and producer of the Menopause Disruptor Podcast where she dedicates many of her solo episodes to meditation and mindfulness, two important tools for cultivating resilience and self-compassion while managing the ovewhelm that can arise with hormonal fluctuations in midlife.
