Welcome to your summer solstice meditation.
Find a quiet place.
You can lie down or you can sit in a comfortable position.
Make sure you're warm enough.
And you might want to have a little journal beside you and a pen so you can write down your insights after your guided meditation.
Close your eyes.
Breathe deeply.
Release all the stress of the day.
This is your time now.
A time to reconnect with your deeper inner self.
A time to explore your inner landscape.
For this summer solstice,
We will explore together your highest potential.
This summer solstice is a special time as we will also have a new moon.
This indicates us that it is a perfect time to start anew,
To look into what we want to create in the future.
The energy of this summer solstice will be most intensely felt six months after it,
But it will be active for the next two years.
So it is a perfect time to look deep within and to find what is it that you want to work towards.
So let's begin.
Breathe deeply.
You find yourself at the entrance of a forest.
There is a path in front of you.
And you slowly start to walk on this path.
You notice the trees and the plants around you.
As you progress on your path,
The light is getting darker and you look up into the sky.
You can see how the moon is entering the space between earth and sun and casting its shadow to the sun.
An eclipse is occurring.
And as you walk down the path,
It's getting darker and darker.
And when you arrive at the shore of a small lake,
All you see in the sky is a ring of fire.
As the moon's shade is perfectly in the middle of the sun now,
There's enough light for you to see that on the other side of the lake is a big mountain.
And from that mountain comes a golden glow.
You know that this is a place where you have to go.
It is calling you.
This is a place where you will learn more about your highest purpose,
Your life's mission,
And maybe the next steps you need to take on your path.
But you don't know how to get there.
Between you and the mountain is this small lake.
It is not far,
But yet you have to cross it.
Breathe deep into your heart.
And with each in-breath,
Anchor this wish into your heart.
I want to know my highest purpose.
I want to see what I need to do.
Breathe deep into your heart.
Anchor that wish deep into your heart.
And as you breathe,
Deeper and deeper,
Feel your heart expanding with each in-breath and growing bigger and bigger in your chest.
And feel how that wish is filling the space of your heart.
And now you can see stepping stones are appearing in the lake.
Just a few.
So you step on the first one.
Breathe again into your heart.
I want to know my highest potential.
Step onto the second stone.
Each stone has a little glow to it,
So it makes it easy for you to see them.
And with each in-breath,
A new stone appears.
And you step onto it.
Take another deep breath.
Breathe your wish deeper into your heart.
Fill every corner of your heart with this wish.
Step onto the next stone.
Breathe deeper and step onto the next.
You're halfway through now.
You breathe deeply again,
Keeping that wish deep in your heart.
Taking step after step.
You're almost there now.
Another deep breath.
Feeling that wish in your heart.
And you step onto a beach into the sand.
You're on the other side now.
You can see the mountain in front of you and the glow coming from a cave.
But at the entrance of the cave is a waterfall.
So you will have to step through the waterfall to enter the cave.
And before you step through the curtain of water,
Ask yourself,
What is it that you need to leave behind you in order to move forward to your highest purpose?
What is it that needs to be cleansed from your heart,
From your energy field,
From your mind,
From your thoughts,
That doesn't serve any purpose anymore and only holds you back?
Don't judge what comes up for you now.
Maybe it's a feeling,
Maybe an image,
A memory,
A thought.
But don't judge it.
Observe it,
Hold it there,
And walk through the curtain of water with the intention to allow the water to wash it away.
You step through it and the waters wash over you.
It has a warm temperature and the water is soft and it has a light and glowing quality to it.
You come out on the other side and you're surprised as you're all dry.
It is a magic waterfall.
You feel into your heart.
Can you feel that it is lighter?
Did you allow everything to wash away?
In front of you now,
You see golden winding stairs going deep into the earth.
And from down there comes that golden light.
You know this is where you have to go.
Slowly you start to walk down the steps of the golden winding stairs.
Take note of the steps,
How they feel,
Are they soft,
Is there carpet?
So you slowly start to walk down,
Step by step,
The winding stairs.
Closer and closer to the golden light.
One step after the other,
Walk down winding deeper and deeper.
Just a few steps left.
As you step on the ground,
You notice how soft it is.
You feel it with your hands.
It is moss.
Very nice and soft.
You see now a short tunnel in front of you and at the end of it,
The bright golden light.
You slowly walk towards the light and enter into a gigantic cave.
It is beautiful in here.
There are crystals hanging from the ceiling and some coming out from the sides of the walls of the cave.
Gigantic crystals with glowing energy surrounding them.
Your eyes have to adjust for a moment to that beautiful golden light inside the cave.
And then you see a person in the middle of the cave,
Waving at you,
Asking you to come nearer.
You walk towards the person and in your heart you feel a kinship.
You recognize that person.
That's normal because it is your higher self,
The wise person within you.
It is you,
Another aspect of you.
So you are greeting yourself.
Your higher self is happy to see you and smiles as it reads a wish in your heart.
Your higher self leads you to a gigantic golden bowl.
And together you look into the water that is within.
Your higher self tells you that this is where you will get a message to answer the wish in your heart.
So you look into the dark waters in the bowl.
First you don't see anything,
Just your own reflection.
But after a while shapes start appearing and you might hear sounds.
You might smell something,
Feel something in your body.
Just try to engage all of your senses to catch the message that wants to come to you from your subconscious.
Breathe deeply and stay calm.
And if your mind drifts away,
Gently feel back into your heart.
Breeze can connect to that wish in your heart and be open to the message,
No matter in which form it may want to come to you.
So you can feel the message in your heart.
You are in the water that is within.
Your higher self is happy to see you and smiles as it reads a wish in your heart.
Your higher self tells you that this is where you will get a message to answer the wish in your heart.
So you can feel the message in your heart.
And if your mind drifts away,
Gently feel back into your heart.
