It helps you to feel into your relationship with objects in your surroundings energetically and to determine, through sensing and feeling, rather than programming and conditioning, whether something should be kept or released. Transcript

Sit in a quiet place with one physical object from your home that you feel uncertain about keeping.

Close your eyes.

Hold the object in your hands if you can,

Or make contact with it in some way.

Take a few slow breaths.

Notice the sensations in your body as you connect with this object.

It may have a history.

You may have a history with it.

Instead of thinking about that history,

Feel into your body and ask inwardly,

Does this object bring me life,

Joy,

Or lightness?

Does it inspire me and make me feel more expanded?

Pause and feel the response,

Perhaps as warmth,

Expansion,

Or a subtle yes.

If the answer is yes,

Visualize the object glowing with golden light,

Harmonizing with your home.

If no,

Thank it silently.

Thank you for your service.

Imagine releasing it into a stream of light,

Making space for new energy to enter.

Visualize your entire home becoming lighter,

Freer,

Clearer,

A true reflection of your inner radiance.

Place the object down.

Breathe into the sense of clarity and sovereignty you've reclaimed.

Whisper,

As I clear my space,

I clear my soul.

And if you feel ready,

Move on to another object,

And go through the same process again.
