Plant the feet in the ground as if you were planting these seeds and close your eyes and set yourself in a space with your breath that feels the most holding,
Holding of the moment.
Allow your shoulders to relax,
Your chest to stretch forward and up.
Allow the breath to naturally move the belly and the chest and relax the eyes back into their orbit,
Softening the jaw and place the hands so that the palms face up on your thighs or one over the other in between both thighs and soften your arms.
The thumbs will or won't touch themselves naturally.
If your hands are together or the index and the thumb may or may not touch themselves,
It's okay.
Notice if you're forcing anything,
Any muscle,
Notice if you're forcing any thought.
What would have you relax 1% more?
Imagine that you were held not only by your presence,
But the presence of wholeness.
What does that look like?
Gently pressing the feet into the ground just so to lift the chest a little bit more and roll the shoulders back a little bit more and really feel anchored and then relax your legs.
We're going to breathe three times in through the soles of the feet as if you were soaking up the energy of Mother Earth,
Circulating that energy in your body and then sending it back out through the soles of your feet.
Exhale everything.
Inhale.
Hold the breath ever so gently and exhale,
Having circulated that groundedness.
Again,
Breathing in the energy of the earth,
The grounded,
Tangible nature of your human and circulate the energy,
Holding the breath a little bit to exhale when you're ready.
Feeling a little bit more like you belong,
Like you are one.
One more time.
By now you may feel tingling at the soles of the feet.
You can imagine perhaps that there are roots anchoring you here,
Wherever you are geographically on this planet,
The roots,
They link to each other.
Somehow our roots are all connected.
They're binded together.
Now become aware of the crown of your head and just like that sparkly water on the image,
On the image of the ocean and the glimmering sunlight,
Visualize the crown of your head lit up and this gets to be the place,
Like the portal,
The connection between your human and the divine that is within you.
We're going to breathe in the light through the crown of the head,
Having it be circulated through your body,
Holding it there and then exhaling back up at the crown of the head and beyond.
Perhaps the exhale will go all around you and you get to feel that lightness,
Belonging as a soul.
Exhale everything.
Exhale from the crown of the head and above.
Circulate light within your whole human.
Hold it here.
Then exhale through the crown of your head and perhaps through your pores.
Do this two more times,
Blending the human and the soul here.
Beautiful.
I invite you now to remember that you are safe in this present moment,
In this visualization and if at any time you need to ground and get back into the body,
Feel your feet.
Notice how there has been a separated energy between who you are as a soul and your human or who you are as a soul in the life that you lead now.
Notice the separation.
Notice how it shows up for you.
Keep breathing consciously,
Slowly,
A little bit like this rock that can be split.
Is it really split or is it whole?
What can it feel like to be whole right now?
What is wholeness for you right this moment?
Is it emerging of what you saw that was separated or outside of you or hidden within you,
Merging it with what's most there?
Is it emanating out through your pores and feeling the energy around you like a bubble?
Is it like a flower blooming,
Both the roots,
The stem or all of it,
The petals,
The leaves,
The fruit perhaps,
All of it,
Knowing separation and wholeness?
Can you feel a sense of remembrance,
Remembrance that this is who you are,
Whole,
Complete,
Light,
Softened,
Worthy,
Exactly where you're meant to be,
On purpose,
Aligned,
On track?
Notice how your wholeness gets to feel.
Is there another quality to wholeness?
Can you feel peace here like it's here?
You don't have to wait for it.
Soften any edges of your physical body that are resisting peace.
Maybe talk to those parts of you and tell them your safety lies in your capacity to be held by the love of the universe.
I am holding you,
The universe is in me,
Therefore I am holding you.
That is you talking to a part of you.
If there was a thermometer or knob that you could turn up,
Dial up the peace in the body,
What would that be like?
From this place I invite you to let your intuition guide you.
So if your mind is active right now,
Focus on your exhale to keep the conscious mind busy and let your intuition guide you to answer these questions.
Where in your life is there separation that you can bring more peace and connectedness?
Where in your life is there separation that you can bring more peace and connectedness?
Breathe,
Breathe.
Which untapped reserves,
Which are your untapped reserves of peace,
Of resiliency,
Of joy,
Of soulfulness,
Of being with your wholeness?
What are those untapped reserves?
What area of your life,
What parts of your body,
What,
Maybe it shows up as actions.
It's like an energy that's being held back.
What is that?
Breathe.
And for all the parts of you,
The areas of your life that may be separated,
Imagine that now they're coming together.
The untapped places that feel restricted by thoughts or beliefs or habits,
Imagine you were cutting them loose so that they could unite in your wholeness.
What does that look like?
Breathe.
And then ask your intuition,
What is one decision I get to make today to be more whole?
What is one decision I get to make today to be more whole,
See more connection?
Imagine that you were again held by this energy of love from behind you,
From in front of you,
From your sides.
Remember the light above your head and maybe all around you.
And remember the soles of your feet tingling,
Connected with the roots and all intertwined with each other's roots from New Zealand to Canada to the United States.
Let's take three deep breaths,
Bringing the energy both from the ground up and the top down all the way to your center.
Breathe in.
Exhale,
Expansion from your heart.
Breathe in from the bottom up and the top down.
Exhale brightness,
Belonging,
Beauty.
One more big breath in with a smile.
Exhale,
Soften,
Surrender,
Sweetness.
Be here for a moment,
Anchored,
Present.
Remember what peace feels like.
And to gently come out,
Just start to wiggle the toes first.
Really feel the ground underneath your feet with so much gratitude.
As the energy rises up your legs with awareness,
Move perhaps toes,
Lift the heels,
Bring the heels down,
Lift the toes,
And then slowly move the fingers and the hands until the palms can touch.
Bring the palms at the heart and rub them together,
Still with the eyes closed.
And then placing that energy on top of your chest,
Place the hands to cover your heart.
Feel the heartbeat.
You are an embodied soul who is whole,
Who belongs here,
Who gets to feel peace and choose it and choose it again and choose it again.
Place your hands now over your eyes,
Lift your glasses if you have them.
Relax your shoulders and notice the light,
The textures,
The shapes behind closed eyelids.
When you're ready,
Flutter the eyelids open,
Widen the fingertips,
The fingers,
And let light come in.
