Let's help you find your center.

Before you close your eyes,

I invite you to look at your body and notice the outline of your body.

And then come back to your seat and close your eyes.

Can you visualize the outline of your body now with closed eyes?

Imagine the outline of your body now from outside of your perspective.

Imagine that you were looking at your body from behind you or next to you or in front of you,

And you could draw the outline of your body without judgment.

This is the container of your soul.

This is the filter of your emotions that you are playing with,

Your body.

Now that you know the outline,

Come to be aware of your breath.

Notice the rise and fall of the belly,

The rise and fall of the chest.

Allow your forehead to relax.

Allow your jaw to relax.

Drop the tongue at the bottom of the mouth and energetically lean back like if you were held by the universal source of love.

Keep breathing.

I invite you now to be aware of everything outside of your body beyond the outline that you were able to visualize.

Imagine the space all around you,

Even beneath the floor.

Imagine and feel the space above your head,

And relax your body 1% more.

Now everything outside of the outline of your body is outside,

External to you,

And you might feel a little bit of energy there because who you are is not just the body.

Now feel the space inside the body.

Be aware of what fills the outline of your body.

Become aware of the whole space inside the legs,

Inside the core of your body,

Inside the arms,

Inside the chest,

Neck,

Head.

Now allow your breath to fill up this space inside your body like an entity of spaciousness.

Now imagine that you could merge the outside environment and the inside space of your body.

There is no more outline.

You are being breathed.

Slow down your breath.

With the breath,

Slow down.

Let yourself be held by the moment.

You are safe.

You are supported.

Notice the quality of your state now.

What describes the state that you are in?

Maybe calm,

Peaceful.

You decide.

Now imagine that these qualities defined your center and imagine that everything outside of the quality of your state is the tornado.

So imagine that you were sitting in the center of the eye of a tornado.

All around you gets lifted up,

Thrown around,

But you stay calm and peaceful.

Imagine here.

This is your center.

You can always access it.

Take a deep breath in here and exhale.

Take one more and visualize that on your exhale,

Everything around you in the visualization of the tornado,

Settled down,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Yes.

Gently bring the hands together at the heart and find some gratitude and kindness towards yourself for taking this moment to find your center.

And make a decision,

A commitment to come back to your center anytime it feels like there's a tornado around you.

Rub the palms together and then place the hands over the eyes,

Cover the face,

Relax the shoulders,

Then flutter the eyelids open and gently separate the fingers and release the hands down on your thighs.

Well done.

I hope that you feel more peaceful and calm and connected to your center.

Thank you for being here.
