Allow yourself to settle into yourself.
Breathing in and out.
Following the inhale as if you could witness spaciousness.
And following the exhale to witness the surrender action.
With each in-breath,
Lift your belly,
Rise your chest.
And with each exhale,
Just let it go.
With each in-breath,
Allow your facial muscles to widen or relax.
When you exhale,
Drop any grip or tension.
See if you can lift the chest a little bit and the crown of the head a little bit taller.
Rolling the shoulders up and back a little bit,
Kind of hugging the heart with the shoulder blades.
Anywhere in the body that may feel resistant to spaciousness or to relaxation,
Send the breath there.
And then allow the tension to soften like if the breath was a waterfall,
Softening the muscles,
Connecting you with flow.
See if you can breathe in and out a little bit longer.
And notice how you are being breathed.
Your soul embodied is being breathed.
Connecting with the body now,
Notice how when you breathe in the oxygen moving in through the nostrils,
Being filtered moves all the way down to the lungs.
Visualize the diaphragm moving down to expand the lungs as you breathe in.
And like a jellyfish rising to the surface,
The diaphragm rises,
Bounces up to shorten the lungs as you exhale.
The lungs are like grapes bundled together.
So like mini balloons that when you breathe in,
They inflate,
They make space,
They touch.
When you breathe out,
They gently deflate,
Changing in size and yet still filling your whole body with spaciousness and love.
Connecting more with the body now,
Notice how the breath may be cool as it comes in through the nostrils and gets warm as you breathe out.
Even the movement of the belly rises and falls with the breath.
The whole body moves with the breath,
Is animated by the breath,
Is alive thanks to the breath.
Thank you,
Body.
Thank you,
Body.
Thank you,
Body.
Imagine now the blood circulating from your heartbeat everywhere in your body through the veins,
Moving through your organs,
Down to the tips of your toes,
Where you get to wiggle them if you want to feel your body right now,
Or imagine them.
Feeling the pulsation of the heart,
Of the movement of the circulatory system,
Feeling the movement of the veins,
Of the bloods,
From the heart to the fingertips,
Up through the throat to the crown of the head.
And here at the head,
Visualize your brain,
The physical brain.
Wow,
Thank you so much,
Mind,
For holding all the to-dos,
For wanting me to live the most aligned life and wanting me to be safe and feel like I'm on top of the game,
Like I'm doing things right and like I know where I'm going.
Thanks for wanting me to plan and be safe and be organized and do it all.
Thank you,
Mind.
Thank you,
Mind.
Thank you,
Mind.
And try to imagine that in the brain,
There's these two sides.
There's the parasympathetic nervous system,
The rest and digest feminine flow part of the brain that actually is on the right side of your brain and connects with the left side of your body.
And when we are actively listening and tuning in and leading from that part of the brain,
You relax the left side of the body.
So if you have any tension on the left side of the body,
Perhaps this gets to be an invitation to rest and digest and slow go flow.
Breathe here.
Now become aware of the other side of your brain.
The sympathetic nervous system lies here.
It's connected with the right side of your brain.
It's connected with the right side of your body.
This is the action,
More masculine energy.
That's where you get to plan and you get to do.
Breathe here.
Now see the whole mind and imagine that it's filled with light regardless of,
Or if we see the mind now without a masculine or a feminine energy and rather a mind that holds the vision of the small self,
The human ego fears and worries and doubts.
And then another part of the brain,
Which is where you hold thoughts that you share with God love,
Positive energy source.
A course in miracles says,
My mind holds only what I share with God or what I think with God.
And sometimes when we are maybe out of balance between both hemispheres of the brain,
More active on one side of the body than the other.
It can also be that we are just being human and we forget who we really are.
You get to remember that your mind,
The mind of your soul,
The,
The connected,
The connectivity that's available between source and your soul goes through your body.
And you may find that this is intuitiveness or inner nudges.
That's where you're deeply connected to truth,
To love,
To who you are.
So now that you've connected the body,
The mind,
We get to see from the eyes of your soul,
Spiritual sight.
Imagine that you can see who you are beyond your body and mind,
That you can connect to the peace,
To the warmth,
To the worthy,
Good enough you.
What does your soul self feel like?
What does your higher self look like?
Be here now,
Now.
Tune in to if you can connect all the layers of yourself now.
You are with your higher self.
You remember the lit up,
Loving,
Peaceful you.
You get to see the human you.
You get to see the human you that may worry or want to do all the things and may want to feel pressured to do more or think that she hasn't done enough or been enough.
See that part of you,
The human you from your soul self.
And notice how much love is present.
Let's take deep breaths in and out together here,
Presencing the wholeness of who you are,
Connecting with who you are.
When you're ready,
Exhale everything.
Breathe in through the nose,
Inflating the belly,
The lungs,
Chest rises.
Feel more and more into your being.
Hold the breath here for a second.
And exhale to soften into the now.
Again,
Deep breath in through the nose.
Feel the back,
Spacious,
Buoyant,
Long,
Free.
And exhale to relax and feel like you belong in your body.
Breathe in alive,
Present,
Focused,
Alert.
Breathe out,
Present,
Alive,
Grateful,
Loving.
Come back to your body.
Feel the breath move your physical body up and down,
Forward and back.
Feel the breath be in your heart.
Feel the breath be animating the tips of your fingers and the edges of your toes.
Notice how you can relate to yourself with this peaceful holding.
What do you get to remember here?
Tune in.
What do you get to remember?
Take as many conscious breaths as you like.
And allow yourself a gracious moment to write down or draw,
Integrate the experience of connecting the body,
The mind,
And the soul.
Gently rub the palms together on your own time.
And then placing the palms of the hands over the eyes.
When you feel ready with so much gratitude,
You can flutter the eyelids open behind the palms.
And gently widen,
Spread the fingers,
Letting light come in.
Placing the left hand on the chest,
On top of the heart,
And then the right hand on top of the left hand.
Or imagine it.
And feel the heartbeat remembering your aliveness.
You are so deeply loved.
You are so worthy.
You belong right here,
Right now.
Everything you said,
Everything you did,
Everything you say,
Everything you do,
However you showed up,
How you show up,
Is enough.
Thank you.
You
