Renewal In A Sacred Cave

In this guided imagery meditation, we'll imagine descending toward a pool in a sacred cave, taking off our old clothes (representing an outdated sense of self), and throwing them in a fire. Then we enter the cave and step, naked, into the pool, where we soak in a blessing light that connects us with our true nature. When we leave the cave and pool behind, we find new clothes (representing a persona that's a better fit) and leave refreshed and renewed.
