Turning the attention inward,

Becoming aware of your body.

Maybe to begin with,

Take a deep breath.

And as you start to notice the body,

Become aware of this inner space.

And the calm,

The quiet that is there.

So there may be some sensations in the body.

But pay more attention to the space,

The sense of space and the sense of quiet.

There's nothing to do or to create.

There's nothing lacking.

Nothing lacking.

So even if an emotion arises or any strong thought,

Just receive it,

Welcome it.

Not to be overtaken by it,

But to observe it.

Look quietly.

Observe clearly.

If there are thoughts,

Observe them.

Keep watching them.

And observe if they can hold in the light of your awareness.

If there's any emotion,

Maybe a memory or a sense of restlessness.

And also receive it.

Give it a lot of space.

Receive it in a larger space,

In the space of your being.

Keep looking at it,

Observing it.

Quietly.

Not to get rid of it,

But just to look at it.

What is it?

Just looking.

Not analyzing.

Notice that it cannot stay.

It's not steady.

It will fade.

What remains is only this space,

Only the silence.

Acknowledge this.

Not to be overtaken by it.

Not to be overtaken by it.

Well,

This is all you need to do.

Just keep gazing inside.

Be the silence.

See this spaciousness because it is what you really are.

The thoughts,

The feelings.

They arise in you,

Isn't it?

They are not you.

Because they come and they go.

You are here to see them,

Experience them,

Coming and going.

You are already here.

Pure being.

You are already here.

You are already here.

Take refuge.

Take refuge in this quiet,

In this spaciousness.

Rest here.

Every time the mind contracts and starts to feel heavy with problems and images,

You realize that this is an invitation to start looking more clearly.

Look at this problem that the mind has created.

Look at this situation.

Keep looking at it.

With your quiet and clear gaze,

Keep looking at it.

What is it?

Only looking and see that it cannot stay.

Keep looking closer and closer.

Is it real?

Or is it already fading?

And what remains after it has faded,

After any thought has faded?

What remains?

You are still here.

As what are you here?

Just clear space and quiet silence.

Still very much alive,

Very much aware.

But not substantial,

Like a thing or a person.

Not heavy.

Without shape.

Eugene.

Every time the mind creates a story or emotions come up,

Just realise it is all mind made.

To know this,

Just look at it.

Keep looking.

Without any purpose or any dislike or clinging,

Only observing with fresh eyes.

Look at this.

What did the mind make?

What is the story?

Just keep looking and see if it can hold when you are observing like that.

Continue with compromise.

Keep looking.

Then rest in your natural state,

Just being present.

Natural peace,

A natural silence.

The space of your heart.

The space of your being.

The space of your being.

Anything that comes up is welcome,

But see it with clear eyes.

Don't believe the content of the stories of the mind.

Stay in the quiet watching,

The quiet space.

Be the quiet space.

Anytime,

Wherever you are,

You can turn within and notice this quiet that's here.

You can notice the silence that's here.

Even amidst the biggest noise,

There's a silence behind it or in it.

Something untouched,

Unmoved.

Your true being.

If you have your eyes closed now,

You could slowly open them and see if the silence can be here even with your eyes open,

Even while seeing.

Does it leave?

Or is it still here?

Remember this.

It can never be lost.

It can only be temporarily forgotten,

Overlooked.

But somehow you know.

You cannot really be lost and really be forgotten.

You are always here.

Peace is your true nature.

You are always here.

You are always here.

Very relaxing but there was some sound disturbance that was a little bit disturbing. But it became a part of the meditation so it was all good 😊

Beautiful content, thank you very much. There was some rustling though which was a bit disturbing at first but then I took it as a challenge to see if I can surrender.
