So let us start connecting with our breath.
Start feeling our inhale and exhale.
When you inhale,
You feel the body expanding.
And when you exhale,
You feel the body naturally relaxing.
Let's just take some time to connect with the breath.
Connect with the body.
There's no rush.
Take your time arriving.
And you feel like there's some intense feeling right now.
Maybe you're anxious,
You're sad,
You're angry.
Whatever that feeling is,
Let's take a moment just to be with it.
Imagine this feeling is your inner child.
You tell your child that it's okay,
You are here.
It's not the time to analyze,
Not the time to find solution.
Simply take the time to be with your inner child,
To be with the emotion.
Telling them it's okay,
You are here.
Imagine you're sitting next to your child.
Whatever state they're in,
Just look at them,
Hold them,
Have compassion on them.
Continue to connect with the breath while you're holding space,
Holding the hands of your inner child.
It's okay,
I'm here.
I'm with you.
I hear you,
I feel you.
It's okay that you're feeling this way.
You're not wrong to feel this way.
You're allowed to feel this way.
I'm here,
I'm with you.
There's no rush,
No rush to get out of the feeling.
Take the time to breathe,
Take the time to be with your child.
Take your time to be with the emotion.
You can continue to sit with this feeling,
To keep sitting with your child for as long as you like.
If you need to get back to doing what you need to do,
Just hold this feeling,
Hold your child close to your heart and let them know that you are still here.
No matter what you're doing now or next,
The whole day is for your child.
The whole day you'll be aware when they need you to just slow down and take a breath.
Just put your hands in front of your heart to feel our breath,
Feel the chest rising and falling as we breathe.
Feel the temperature of your body,
Feel your heartbeat.
Thank you for this moment.
Thank you for your child.
Thank you for the emotion.
