Simply connect with the breath to just be.
We can open our eyes or close our eyes.
We can sit or lie down.
It is all okay.
Just find a comfortable position and we can start breathing.
As we inhale,
We feel the body rising,
Expanding.
As we exhale,
We feel the body falling,
Contracting.
There's nothing you have to do.
Simply breathe.
Simply be.
Inhale,
Expand.
Exhale,
Contract.
There's nothing you have to do.
Know where you need to be.
You can simply be as you are.
Just simply being is enough.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to solve.
Just simply be.
It is enough.
There may still be a problem you need to solve afterward.
But at this moment,
Just let the problem wait.
For the next few minutes,
Simply allow yourself to be.
Simply be.
Drop the problem.
Drop trying to find a solution.
Drop all the planning.
Any thoughts that arise,
Just tell the thoughts to hold for a moment.
Just a few more minutes just for yourself.
Simply be.
Just inhale and exhale as you are.
You are enough as you are.
Simply being is enough.
Nothing more you need to do.
You are okay as you are.
Feel into your body.
Feel your breath.
Feel all the natural rhythm of your breath,
Of your body.
All the natural expansion and contraction that's happening all the time without any effort.
Just your breath doing its thing.
You can allow yourself to drop into your breath.
Relax into your breath.
No effort is necessary.
Simply be.
It's enough.
You can continue to be a bit longer.
You can simply allow yourself to come back to whatever that you were doing just now.
But keep this awareness.
The awareness that you are enough.
The awareness that simply being by you breathing,
By you existing is enough.
With this awareness,
You can go back to any activities that you're doing.
No matter the results,
No matter how big is the problem,
You simply being is already enough.
Nothing can change that.
