Dear Suffering, I know you are here today and I am listening. You are invited to take a backseat into this short practice for the ease of suffering. It is only when we can fully embrace our experience that we can transform. This is a journey that will provide you a tool toward your unfolding.

Thank you for tuning in to today's session with Chung Hoon Institute.

Today,

We will practice toward the ease of suffering.

In our life,

We have moments of pain,

Whether emotionally or physically.

Moments of grief or disturbance.

Let's sit with that.

Calm that.

Take a deep breath in and let it go with a gentle sigh.

Say ah.

Connect to the space in your heart.

The space that sees and knows.

The space that's experiencing.

And say hello.

Perhaps you place the hands on the chest.

Take another deep breath in and let it go.

Dear suffering,

I know that you are here.

I see you.

And I'm taking care of you.

Please don't worry because I am listening.

Whatever you wish to tell me,

I listen.

I breathe in and out.

Every inhale,

I come home to my heart.

To the space of clear knowing,

Clear seeing.

I breathe out and I relax.

I calm down just a little bit more.

I don't need to wait for my practice to be reciprocated.

I don't need to wait for any affirmation because I know I am listening to you,

Dear suffering.

And as I listen to you,

You feel my love that is based on understanding.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

I am calm.

Dear suffering,

I know that you are here.

And your presence is important to me.

Your presence is important to my happiness.

Because you are present,

I can hear you.

Because I am present,

We can be together.

And perhaps there is a little less suffering in the world because you transform into happiness.

We transform into the healing light that heals our mind and body and perhaps can help another as well.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Notice what is happening right now.

The feelings and sensations which may be present in mind,

In body,

Without suppression.

Recognize and understand.

Seek to embrace.

Embrace the heart of the feeling present.

It's okay.

It will be okay.

Because right now,

There is a tiny light.

That healing light transforms the darkness of the night.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Let go.

Relax.

Calm down.

Breathe.

Remember,

You are alive.

Embrace this moment with recognition.

Let this moment be an opportunity to fall in love with yourself once more.

And perhaps,

In this very moment,

There is a transformation into your happiness.
