In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” - Viktor Frankl | The practice of non-reactivity allows us to create space between a stimulus (internal or external) and our reaction. When we have space to consider our thoughts and emotions, we create an opportunity to choose how to consciously respond, rather than a programmed reaction.

Hello my friend.

Welcome to today's mindfulness practice of non-reactivity.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Allow your spine to be long and spacious.

Relax your shoulders and your abdomen.

Soften your jaw and your face.

Begin to notice your breath.

Notice your inhales and exhales.

Not allowing them to begin to lengthen and grow.
