Our body’s energy can become scrambled and chaotic when we are stressed or exhausted. I am excited to share these wonderful practices to help align the body by bringing the brain into cohesion from Donna Eden in her book Energy Medicine. These practices are great to ease the stress hormones and help you focus your mind more efficiently so I use them before I teach classes or when I am not feeling in alignment. Donna mentions that they are useful when you are overwhelmed, feeling depressed, experiencing irritation with others, or are overly fatigued.
