If you’ve been holding everything together, if softening feels unsafe, or if letting go makes your body tense, this 2-minute reset is for you. In this gentle somatic practice, you’ll guide your nervous system out of bracing and into a felt sense of safety. Together we use a simple coherence breath: Inhale — I trust my power. Exhale — without needing control. This meditation helps release the patterns of tightening, anticipating, and over-holding that come from living in survival mode. It offers your body a moment where safety doesn’t come from control, but from presence. Use this anytime you're overwhelmed, anxious, or carrying too much. Repeat it as often as your system needs. You’re safe to soften. You’re safe to trust yourself again.

If it's comfortable,

Place one hand on your heart.

And if the breath ever feels too strong,

Just slow it down and return to your natural pace.

This is meant to support you,

Not strain you.

So many of us learn that safety comes from control.

From bracing,

Anticipating,

Tightening,

Performing.

But your body can't receive support,

Clarity,

Or abundance when it's preparing for everything to go wrong.

Let's teach your system a new truth,

Gently.

Inhale for five.

Exhale for five.

Without needing control.

Inhale for five.
