Transcript

Find yourself in a comfortable seat or laying down.

Rest your eyes.

Begin to rest on the inflow and the outflow of your breath.

Notice how it feels to take a deeper breath and choose to stay here with yourself.

Imagine the breath is clearing a space for you,

Somewhere you can retreat to safely and softly anytime,

And start to listen and tend to your heart before rushing into the next thing.

See if you can fully witness what is here and now without trying to change or fix anything.

Consciously create some space and relaxation,

An inner sanctuary to be vulnerable.

Begin to loosen the grip on doing.

Can you allow yourself to be here?

Invite your shoulders to soften and your heart to open.

What is it you need to hear from yourself in this moment?

I am supported.

I am here.

I am grounded and rooted.

I know deep peace.

There is freedom in remembering the space inside of you that is calm and clear,

Especially in times of emotional or physical tension.

Invite softness and a calm,

Sincere presence.

Connect to the part of you that feels steady.

Begin to tune into the things that were here before us and will be here after us.

The sky,

The mountains,

The trees,

Rivers,

Lakes,

Ocean.

The rhythmic sounds of nature.

What happens when you drop into stillness?

Can you observe your experience through a gentle lens of acceptance?

Can you honor what quietly lives in the center of you?

Let this be a sacred offering.

Feel how you are interconnected with all of existence.

Recognize the peace that exists within you always.

Perhaps affirming to yourself,

May I open up to receive ease.

How does it feel to receive ease?

Where do you notice this in the body?

Can you relinquish something and let your body be as it is?

Remember your breath.

Remember who you are.

Trust in the unfolding journey of your life and the cycles of all living beings.

Invite a deeper inhale and a softer exhale.

What feels most sincere to offer yourself here?

Perhaps a blessing of appreciation,

Love,

Acknowledgement.

Give yourself the freedom to move on without haste or hurry.

Bring your palms to your heart.

Breathe in fully and clear it out.

Gently returning to this moment.

Bow to yourself in gratitude and reverence.

No matter where you are,

This living sanctuary is always within you.

Thank you for being here.
