So just taking a moment to find a comfortable and relaxed position.
Doing a nice big shoulder roll so your shoulders are relaxed,
Your face is soft,
Your tongue is resting heavy in your mouth and your eyes are gently closed.
Let your entire body feel grounded down into the earth.
Taking a beautiful deep breath in,
Feeling the body rise with the breath in.
Then as you exhale out,
The body deflate.
Take a few more breaths this way,
Noticing the ebb and flow of your breath.
Taking a moment now to imagine there are warm rays of the sun kissing your skin.
Starting at the top of your head,
A warm vibration here at your scalp.
The sunlight expanding through the crown of your head,
Down into your body.
Feeling that sunlight all the way down inside of your toes.
With each breath in,
Slow exhale out.
Visualise your body filling up with this warm,
Summery light.
It's energising every single cell in your body and bringing your sense of calmness for the day.
Taking a moment now to repeat these intentions inside your mind.
