So just taking a moment to find a comfortable and relaxed position.

Doing a nice big shoulder roll so your shoulders are relaxed,

Your face is soft,

Your tongue is resting heavy in your mouth and your eyes are gently closed.

Let your entire body feel grounded down into the earth.

Taking a beautiful deep breath in,

Feeling the body rise with the breath in.

Then as you exhale out,

The body deflate.

Take a few more breaths this way,

Noticing the ebb and flow of your breath.

Taking a moment now to imagine there are warm rays of the sun kissing your skin.

Starting at the top of your head,

A warm vibration here at your scalp.

The sunlight expanding through the crown of your head,

Down into your body.

Feeling that sunlight all the way down inside of your toes.

With each breath in,

Slow exhale out.

Visualise your body filling up with this warm,

Summery light.

It's energising every single cell in your body and bringing your sense of calmness for the day.

Taking a moment now to repeat these intentions inside your mind.

I am loved.

I am healthy.

I am energised.

I am at peace.

I am loved.

I am healthy.

I am energised and I am at peace.

Today I am giving back to myself.

Today I have a smile on my face.

Today I feel free from any chaos.

Today I am grounded.

Today I feel connected to my children.

Today I feel at ease.

Just allowing these intentions to sink deeply into your heart,

Your mind,

Your spirit and your body.

Take in inhale and deep exhale.

Sensing the breath down through the ground.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Anchored.

Grounded.

Feeling strong in the midst of the chaos.

Choosing calm instead of being swept up into the busyness of the mind.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Anchored.

Grounded.

Taking a deep inhale.

Sending the breath down through the sit bones and into the earth.

Slow exhale.

Anchored.

Sending the breath down through the sit bones and into the earth.

Feeling this strong connection to the mother earth.

With children your life will always be a home of busyness.

It's so important you find rest when your body needs it and become closer to the being within you.

When you step into the noise of today,

Choose to be present with the breath.

To root into the ground.

To have an open heart.

Choose calm.

Choose peace.

Knowing you have the liberty to choose how you turn up today for your family is what empowers you to become the calm presence on the other side of this meditation.

May you be healthy.

May you be happy.

May you live with peace and may you live with ease.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Anchored.

Grounded.

If we can train the mind to be calmer and at peace and truly believe that today will be a beautiful day with our family,

That today has so much opportunity with our kids,

By implementing these intentions,

Taking notice of how your world and home life starts to change.

Taking one last deep breath in here.

Slow exhale out of the mouth.

There's a little smile on your lips.

And very gently opening up your eyes.
