Taking a position that is comfortable and relaxing and gently closing down your eyes.

Feel where your sit bones rest on the ground.

Let your entire body feel grounded here into your sit bones.

Your tailbone slightly tucked.

Creating a beautiful balanced base here in the hips and pelvis connecting you to the earth.

Bring your attention towards your face and notice a soft smile on your lips.

Your face is softening.

Jaw is relaxed.

Allowing your brow to soften.

Begin to slowly inhale and exhale through the nose.

Inhale slowly.

Exhale slowly.

Taking a moment to imagine a beam of light running through your spine.

This beautiful warm light grounds you down into the earth and is ascending upwards towards the sky.

Feeling an openness here at your heart.

Continue to inhale and exhale consciously in and out through the nose.

Bringing your focused attention now towards the tip of your nose.

Visualising inhaling through the left nostril.

Exhaling out through the right nostril.

Inhale through the right nostril.

Exhale through the left nostril.

Inhale through the left nostril.

Exhale through the right.

Inhale through the right.

Exhale through the left.

As you continue breathing in this pattern,

Sense the nourishing oxygen moving up through the right nostril.

Chugging through the nasal passage to the softness between your eyebrows.

And descending down through the left nostril on the exhale.

The pattern of your breath will form this beautiful triangle.

Right nostril,

Nasal passage,

Softness between the eyebrows.

Left nasal passage,

Left nostril.

Right nostril,

Nasal passage,

Brow soften.

Left nasal passage,

Left nostril.

Continue this practice for a few more moments.

Recalibrating your brain and activating your parasympathetic nervous system to calm you.

Completing one final round and then placing your right hand to rest on your heart.

Seeing these upcoming intentions in your mind that will help set the tone for the day.

May I feel nourished and rested.

May I flow with grace.

May I find joy and be grateful for the simple things.

May I be open to intuition and inspiration.

May my heart be compassionate to the world.

Taking a moment to visualise yourself moving throughout your day with these intentions.

Sensing how this feels in your body.

An alignment of your body,

Mind and spirit.

Now that you are beautifully balanced,

I wish you a day of inspiration,

Intuition,

Strength and peace.

Taking a moment to bring your awareness back into the room.

Feeling how your body is relaxed.

Your heart is soft.

Your shoulders are relaxed.

There's a smile on your lips.

And when you're ready,

Very gently opening up your eyes.

Have a beautiful day.

Thank you Chelsea for this guided meditation. This is one of my all time favourites. The breath work so greatly impacts interoception that not only does it help alleviate stress and resettles you it also helps you connect to your body in a deep level. Truly amazing.
