Welcome to this 10 minute guided meditation on self confidence and focus.

I want to begin by shining a light on your inner world to reconnect with what is important to you which will make your heart feel light and your mind feel expansive.

You may not have all the answers after this meditation but journaling down the one thing that you can focus on to move you towards a life that is on purpose.

One that fills you with happiness and with peace.

So just getting comfortable in either a seated or lying down position and just gently closing down your eyes.

Just noticing your spine long,

Your shoulders are relaxed,

Your hands are just resting here in your lap.

Just allowing the crown of your head to guide your head upwards.

Your chin is very so slightly tucked.

Just relaxing any tension in your face.

Allowing the eyes to soften.

Your eyebrows unfurrow.

Your ears are relaxed.

A gentle smile on your lips.

Your neck is long and your shoulders are down and relaxed.

Your posture is strong but your body is soft.

Your heart is warm.

Bringing awareness to your breath.

Just breathing in through the nose and exhaling out through the nose.

Just bringing your focus towards the tip of your nostrils.

Feeling the cool air on the way through and the warm air on the exhale through the nostrils.

Just visualising the air as you inhale in going all the way through down to your lungs.

Just touching your lungs with this beautiful air and then exhaling out fully.

Your breath is soft,

Deep and slow.

Just breathing naturally,

Not forced.

Just noticing the ebb and flow.

Just noticing some calmness within your body.

Bringing your awareness now towards your mind eye,

Just between here,

Your eyebrows.

Just imagine or visualise your life when you get out of this meditation.

A feeling of contentment.

A feeling of happiness in your heart.

That your purpose today is one of contribution.

Maybe a vision of your health.

And defining that as peaceful and calm and happy.

Maybe a vision of your relationships and the connection that you have with the people in your life.

And taking a moment to visualise how you can make this a reality today.

Just thinking about what you need to focus in on the day.

Not what other people's demands are of you today.

But what's the main action you need to do today?

To get you to that one step closer of the life that you want to live on purpose.

Each small step every day gets you one step closer.

These steps that you put in process creating your meaningful and beautiful life.

Looking back on the hard work that you've done to get there.

A vision where people around you that love you are moved and inspired by what you're doing.

Just knowing that the universe is supporting you.

To support you and your interests that serve a higher good.

Being truly grateful to have this day presented to us to live to how we want to live it today.

Just taking a moment to bring your hands to your heart.

May I have confidence.

May I have self belief.

May I have vitality.

May I have peace.

And may my life and the people around me,

May their life be truly blessed.

Just taking a moment here to notice any sensations around your heart center.

Just gently opening up your eyes and welcoming your beautiful day.

Thank you for practicing with me today.
